I recently had two of my Infiniti 's serviced at West Chester. Greg was my service manager and did awesome job with accommodating appointments. Very courteous team at West Chester. Everyone is friendly and made me feel inclusive. I was able to bring my dog along for one of the services. He was also welcomed with open arms and can't wait to come back. Don't ever lose your touch. I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

Gregg was excellent! I was greeted immediately upon arrival with appointment details. Professionalism, Communication, Issue identification, Quality of work completed and Speed of resolution were exceptional.

Once again, A great experience at Infiniti of West Chester. Had my car in for routine maintenance/inspection and from the time I arrived, got my loaner, and was called a few hours later that all was ready, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the way I was treated and with the work they did. Love the body design, the interior is comfortable. However the technology could be more updated. Car is very reliable it does 26 GPM on the highway, engine is very powerful.

Bought this vehicle in 2014 and started having minor problems but due to wear and tear,but had an major accident and even no one got hurt due to support bar . But no air bags deployed . Very concerned.

I used Cars.com for finding the Ford Freestyle AWD crossover vehicle that I ended up buying from Dougherty Auto Sales. Tunes was my salesman and he was very much a gentleman to my wife and I. We didn't need to shop around as the car that we were looking for is pretty scarce and Tunes had one that had one owner and low mileage. We were impressed on how he did everything that we asked for to get the car inspection-ready (we live in NJ) and Tunes was a man of his word. We made him our best offer and gave him a list of things that we wanted done, including a car fax, new tires, a thorough cleaning, etc, and we got back there in a week with our money and he had our car spotless and ready to roll. He helped us get over to the auto tag shop nearby and made sure that we had everything that we needed to get through that frustrating and slow process. We talked about getting another car from Dougherty when the time is right. Small, neighborhood auto dealer. Get's many cars from trade-ins from the mega Ford dealer down the street. All Good!

Doing business with Car Vision, Maple Shade, NJ is the best thing I did. The sales rep, Alberto was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the business and acted professionally. The accounting personnel, service staff to the management are all so friendly. It’s exactly a month today that I got the car, and it’s running smoothly. I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

You know Brad I let my husband take care of the cars. He loves his Honda and the Service Advisor. He also comes back and tells me about Christine, Brandon, Rebecca and now Rachel. You were wise not to give him a job there , just kidding but he has very high expectations for Customer Service. From the day that I purchased the Qx50 , not really his type of car, he has put the care in the hands of Christine. It's awful if Christine is off, on vacation. I am sure there are capable people there, but Christine must know her cars and her customers. She doesn't sell him anything because she knows he has his own car log. I don't know that anyone is perfect, but because of his background Christine and networked with her contacts to help look for a job during the most battle of Covid and Unemployment. Who does that? My husband and people persons like Christine.

Only had this QX55 for a few days, so cannot comment on reliability yet. Very high quality fits and finishes. Interior is very high end with real leather, carbon fiber, sensible instrumentation, peppy engine, very quiet and smooth ride, despite having run flat tires. Quality of paintwork is excellent, white tricoat is really eye catching, wheel finish is well done. This Essential model is a bit pricey compared to the Luxe model, but does have several nice extras. We traded in our 2016 Infiniti QX50, which was super reliable; so hoping for the best.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.
