We all agreed it was the best experience buying a car we have ever had. We had found a used vehicle (2018 RAV) online and within minutes of our online inquiry we heard back from them. The vehicle was still on the lot and made an appointment to test drive it. In addition, we reached an agreement on the price if we decided to purchase it. That evening, we had the pleasure of meeting Andy Eagle, our sales representative, who was a complete gentleman and who assisted us along in the process. Andy provided us with a breakdown of the vehicle and all the little tricks. Andy didn't try to up sale us on anything and there was no pressure whatsoever. Andy processed the paperwork in a timely manner and we were in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. His 24 years of experience showed. We were lucky to have timed it perfectly that it was our turn with him. However, I'm sure they are all that good. A special thank you to Montes in the finance department. Again, another gentleman who was warm and inviting and cared about getting us the best deal possible. We drove from Cranford, NJ, in rush hour traffic to test drive and purchase this vehicle....almost an hour each way. It was totally worth the experience.

The car drives great. I love the 3.7 325 horsepower engine. All kinds of bells and whistles. This car is quiet. It looks brand for being a used car.

this was the second time that I was in for what I consider major repairs. Initially, the service tech and I didn't hit it off very well. Then Tim the service manager stepped in and was great to deal with. The repairs were completed in good time and they did a fantastic job. I'm happy I chose this dealership.

The 18 Q50 is the favorite car I've owned. It is top of it's class in performance. All wheel drive system works great in winter. My only complaint about this car is the size of cup holders, which is trivial.

Narrowed to three finalists and the QX60 was head and shoulders above the competition. Price was also higher but the difference seemed to justify the INFINITY. On the highway it is a pleasure.

I drove an infinity arhat my brother brought home as a loaner and fell in love with it immediately. That was the first time I had ever driven one like it. After driving the QX60 i knew I had to have one. It was by far the best vehicle for the money and value. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Mercedes and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first 500+ mile trip, I averaged 28.8 mpg. If you're looking for a new luxury car in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive. I purchased my Infinity QX60 pre-owned. This is my first luxury style vehicle. I purchased it at a good price. It came standard with features like third row seat, sunroof, leather seats and back-up camera. I would purchase this car again and I would recommend it to others. If handles like a luxury SUV not a sports car.

Haven't had such a smooth experience with a car dealership in a long time! We're over an hour away on Long Island and was concerned about getting a deal done out of state, but everything went smooth. Joe S. was our salesman and we also worked with Elena from the internet department, Ashish in finance and Tony who showed us the car before we left. Everything was worked out in advance, Joe came up with numbers, submitted the credit app via email and when everything was said and done, we scheduled an appointment to pick up the car and turn in our current Q7, which we leased from a local dealer. Arrived on Saturday and the process was super quick. We were in and out. We were in the market for a GMC earlier this year and this Audi and had contact with many dealerships. Other than one GMC dealer on Long Island (who unfortunate didn't have a vehicle that matched our options list) and this great experience with DCH, every dealer was a nightmare to work with. So glad that DCH had a vehicle in stock that matched what we wanted and that we were able to work with Joe. Despite the drive, everything was great and we'd definitely be willing to work with them again when this lease comes due.

My wife had a 2008 with 285,000 miles and wouldn't consider any other car. Now she has the 2015 and I'm driving the 2008. Using the new one for out of town.

2 years ago, my Infiniti EX 35 was totaled. I loved the car and went back for another which was the QX 50. I saw Rob Letterri, who was very informative and not pushy. However, I decided to get the roomier Acura RDX, nice looking but does not even come close to an Infiniti. I decided to go back to Infiniti and see what was available and to trade in the Acura. The 2019 QX 50 is roomier and very up-to-date so I decided to price it. I asked for Rob since he was so pleasant and helpful 2 years ago. He was with another customer so Tom Christiansen took me on the test drive. Even though it was not his sale, Tom gave me a lot of info on the car and was very pleasant. When Rob took over, he helped me with choosing the color, since I was torn between the white and granite. He asked about my driving and car washing behavior and helped me decide on the granite. Then, he gave me the price for the Acura showing me the Edmonds calculation. He gave me the lease and the loan numbers guiding me to what would work best for me. I then saw Vinny, the finance manager. He wasn't pushy and gave me all the info regarding the extended warranty. That helped me decide what was best. Finally, Rob showed me how to operate all the great features of the car. He was clear and concise and even quizzed me to make sure I really knew how to operate the features. Buying this car was a positive experience, and I loved the ride home. I believe that I will be happy with the QX 50, and Rob is a terrific salesperson. Everyone was friendly and helpful at the dealership. I hope that the service department will live up to the excellence of the sales department.

They were able to take care of me with a Lexus GS 350. I had no idea I could afford my dream car, and they made it work for me without having a high monthly bill, or costing me an arm and a leg.
