IF you want to take a powerful car on a smooth ride, buy this car. It is so luxurious and has almost every bell and whistle I can think of. The value was great. The dealership not so great, but, I love my new car. It is so spacious and almost no detail went unthought of. Definitely a 5 of 4.9. The only thing I don't care for is the shifter doesn't make sense. Why is the Park setting a button while the shifter is separate. It should be the regular shifter. Doesn't make sense to me at all. That's the only complaint I have. But in time, I'm getting used to it.

Luis is great in the service department. He gets in and out as quickly as possible, while keeping you informed throughout the process and addressing all your service needs.

Beautiful car. Many good features. Bought certified used. Rear brakes had to be replaced 9 months after I bought it. Had only driven it for 2000 miles. We’re the breaks missed when being certified? Don’t know but the dealership replaced when asked to do so at no cost buT we had to insist it was their problem no ours. Also had to have the front rotors replaced (we weren’t charged. The only problem I had was the dealership wouldn’t give us a receipt to prove the work was done.

Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

I made an appointment to see a used accord they had. I drove from Deltona and was disappointed when I got there and was told it was sold. I spoke to Reggie and he was very apologetic and so nice. I explained I wasn’t in a rush and have been looking for a used cheap car to drive around locally under 10k he was straightforward and started showing me some of their inventory. I didn’t find anything I liked but him! Reggie is sweet straightforward and really listened to me he was not pushy and offered to even help me if I had questions on any other cars I see elsewhere. This is my 2nd Infiniti. My prior Infiniti had zero problems in 14 years of ownership. I love this one too and will only buy an Infiniti now and in the future.

After driving the Pilot, Ridgeline, Highlander, Santa Fe, and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first 500+ mile trip, I averaged 28.8 mpg. If you're looking for a new crossover in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive.

All the service personnel at AutoNation are helpful problem solvers. My car had issues and they were resolved. However solving the initial issues brought out other issues which they looked deeper into. Once again they found the solution.

This car was perfect for me, though it would be around for a while, but it was totaled. Now looking for another one.I really loved the comfort and performance must have another M37.
