The front seat of our three month old Infinity QX 60 stopped working properly, so we stopped in at the local dealership. They took the car in and within a couple hours let us know it was a faulty motor from the factory. a new part has been ordered and would arrive the next morning by 9:00 am. By 11:00 am, we had our SUV back, and the seat is working perfectly.

To describe buying a used car as enjoyable is not an easy feat for a salesperson to achieve. I want to commend his customer service, as well as his knowledge of the vehicles as exemplary. We would absolutely recommend DeAndrae again and again. He managed to make an experience that usually is a stressful and frustrating "dance", direct and achievable all while being the most personable respectful and kind gentleman. (We met briefly with Kent who I would like to also say was a gentleman.I note this because in my experience of car dealerships, from purchasing to leasing over the past 30 years, I have met few truly upstanding individuals.) We would also like to note that despite a hiccup during our final transaction the following morning, not having anything to do with Sales, the GM Brandon stepped in and effortlessly resolved all by personally handling it himself. I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

This car is perfect for my family enough space and my husband has plenty of leg room.. plus we have a entertainment system in the car perfect for the grand kids for our trips!, absolutely love it

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

I arrived at Reed Nissan & was instantly greeted by Kendal who is an excellent sales person there. Great hospitality & treats you like family. He is a for sure recommendation I’d refer to family & friends.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

The service experience was great. From the point where I handed the key to the completion of my service. What I loved the most was how they offered to drive me to the mall and also pick me up when car was complete. I?ve never experienced this in any other dealer but this. Top notch service.
