The customer service here is awesome! Everyone you encounter is so nice! They always return my car freshly washed and vacuumed! They do a great job and are good at helping you decide which repairs need to be done and when. I love it here!

So far I'm in Love with the Car. Comfortable Tight Vehicle. I gave the Cadillac Escalade a try for years and they just simply disappointed me . QX80 is a winner.

I bought a nissan 370z with 112k miles at this place for, after taxes, 11.5K just a little over two years ago. Now it has over 125k miles on it and of course modified it and so far zero major problems. Still runs like a clock. Although check engine light came on after a week of owning it and has been on ever since. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was i was promised all i needed to bring to get the car was the down payment and proof of insurance. I get there and im asked for proof of income and proof of my home address. So i that doubled the time it took for me to buy the car trying to get those things that werent mentioned in me needing to purchase the car. Still a got this great car for a great price though.

The best car you can have , Cvt is not an issue at all, Jeep cvt is bad nissans is good , confort another level

We live in Middle Tennessee and could not find the Infiniti QX80 that my wife wanted here until she expanded her online search on Carfax.com to include Louisville Infiniti. She saw several there online of interest and one in particular that had just what she?s been looking for. She called the dealership and was luckily connected to Lilly in sales. We drove up to Louisville that same day, and Lilly took care of everything for us! She?s a complete professional and so knowledgeable about the entire Infiniti fleet. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. It works roughly 20% of the time for closing, 50% for opening. **Missing Trailer Brake Controller**: Despite strong towing capacity and pre-wiring, it lacks this essential safety feature that the cheaper Nissan Armada includes standard. **No Rear Sunshades**: A premium family vehicle should include this feature, common in less expensive SUVs. **Limited Storage**: Few interior storage options beyond a modest console and small pass-through. The Autograph trim's "cool box" reduces console space by half while offering minimal functionality. **Software Issues**: I've experienced two significant electronic failures already. Air suspension systems generally develop problems after several years. **Resale**: Likely below Lexus but competitive with Navigator and slightly below Escalade. Verdict I'm satisfied with my purchase, especially given local dealership availability and favorable pricing. The electronic issues create some concern for long-term ownership. For shoppers prioritizing style, value, and driving dynamics who can accept some feature omissions, the QX80 deserves consideration in this competitive segment.

I have a 2017 Qx50! This car is sporty and comfortable. Had to replace the radiator at 97,000 miles. Other than that it is very reliable.

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

It's only been 2 days but so far the car has lots of bells and whistles that are extending appealing. Still geting use to the hybrid it's a different drive than my bmw.
