Absolutely lovely car. Bought it at 200k and ran it until 280k before it had some transmission issues and we sold it. But that was all on the original transmission so it went a long way with a lot of abuse. Highly recommend this car

I have been researching the Ford Mach E for a while when I came across the one listed by Sill-TerHar Motors. I reached out first with questions online and I got them answered promptly by their sales staff and TJ Lavato became my salesman. After asking many questions about the car and how it works to purchase a car online and from a different state, a bit of negotiating and a deal was made. TJ and the dealerships description of the car and what was eventually delivered was very close, a meeting with a mobile notary was set and the purchase was made. This signing was on a Sunday and by the following Sunday, my new used car arrived. TJ and the staff at Sill-TerHar made this an easy purchase and TJ quickly answered all my questions throughout the entire process, I received a temporary Colorado registration until my New Mexico registration arrives so that I can enjoy my Mach E (and I really do) immediately and it is not only fun to drive but a learning experience as well. It is my first real fully electric car and the technology is far more advanced than I am but I am enjoying the challenge. Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

Everyone was polite and helpful. I needed a cooling fan. The repairs were great and on time. Would certainly take my infinity there again for any repairs needed.
