My husband and I went to look for a new car. We stopped by Hennessy Jaguar in Alpharetta. While we were strolling the lot, we were approached by this exquisite gentleman, "Roger Harry." He's a very professional guy. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable about their cars. I was impressed because he's not the normal pushy salesman. I entered the dealership with the interest of a certified pre-own car and left with the purchase of a NEW 2019 F Pace . I would definitely work with Roger Harry again. Had an outstanding experience purchasing our 2016 Discovery 5+2. We started with Brittany who was very responsive as an internet sales coordinator. She covered all our questions and kept us updated as she identified delivery dates of vehicles meeting our specs. She was not pushy, knew what we were looking for and didn't try to talk us into something on the lot. She was the constant professional and responded at all times of the day/evening/weekend and even when she was off. She even stayed 2 hours late (My fault) to take us on our test drive. The purchase was easy and our vehicle was delivered and prepped with the level of service I would expect.
Being a long term loyal Jaguar Client, my F Pace S British Racing Green with all the bells and whistles possible was the first one in North America. Having experienced a few software glitches Jaguar Hennessy took immediate action in defining the issue, investigation, pursuing and closing which has resulted in my now being in a new 2018 F Pace. My personal thanks to Pam Babcock, Doug Martin, Pete Alvarez and Natalia Marrero. You guys are amazing, let me know when you have the 2019 and we???ll talk more.
We really can???t say enough about our experience with Hennessy Jaguar Gwinnett in buying our new 2019 F-Pace. The experience started on chat with our amazing sales person Anita Whitten. We didn???t make it very easy for her hitting her with question after question, but she stuck with us and answered every one. Two days later we got to meet her face to face. She had 3 cars we were looking at ready to go. When we picked the one we liked, she continued to answer all our questions while making us feel like we were the only customers there. They honored everything we talked about and then some. During our time there we got to meet a fantastic very friendly Sale Manager named Mary Denawetz whose personality kept us smiling. The financing part of the process was a breeze with Chris O???Keefe running the show and we even screwed him up forgetting that we had left our credit on hold, but he didn???t skip a beat. Just when we thought we were done with this great experience, Anita introduces us to one of the nicest guys I???ve ever met and he commences to put together all the little things that come with the car and sits there with us and gives us the basics on how everything works. He isn???t done there, he tells us he is going to drive out to our place in a week or to and go through all the things he didn???t cover. ( we live an hour away). Finally it was time to shake hands to go, but I swear I felt more like giving every one a hug. Fantastic establishment, fantastic people and one could only wish that all car buying experiences were this awesome. Thank you all!!!???
I was in the market for an XJL. The one I was looking at sold before I could buy it. However Mark made me a great deal on a standard wheel base model. He was transparent, patient, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I didn't feel any pressure to make a decision. He also went above and beyond to make sure that I knew he was available for whatever I needed even after I made the purchase. I wasn't treated any differently being that I wasn't there buying a $100k car. That definitely happens at other high end dealerships. Five stars all around for this establishment. Everyone was warm and inviting and my business was handled very promptly...I will be visiting Mark again once they get the right XJL in for me to trade!

I applied for financing through other dealers and the terms were not realistic for me. A Carvana truck was in neighborhood, that is how I learned about them. Impressed at their prices and inventory, I applied on Friday 13th, had my 2013 Cadillac ATS on Monday 16th. The best part is the financing terms are affordable. Thank you, Carvana! If you are looking to purchase a car, give Carvana serious consideration. The buying process was simple and very transparent. You will not regret it. They have a 7 day test drive policy, deliver car with full tank of gas plus a $25 gift card. Love my car and Carvana!
Even though my Land Rover didn't work out due to various problems, the service department was always top notch! The Service manager Joe was attentive and knowledgeable and always tried to do his best to help me then things went wrong. My service advisor Justin also was caring and did his best to resolve every issue. In the end the Rover was not for me due to various problems but the service department scores a 5/5 in my book!
Erika Rocco was our sales consultant and provided excellent advice . She provided multiple options - all fair . We purchased an Evoque and couldn’t be happier . Process was smooth and transparency was present . We will consider another Range Rover when my husbands lease is up .
I have owned multiple high end BMW’s over the past 25 years. I went thru a detailed review process as I was preparing to buy my next vehicle and stopped at Hinsdale Range Rover. Brendan H. spent time educating me on the various RR models and I ended up purchasing a 2018 RR Sport SVR a few days later. He did a great job and he was the difference.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!
Manger at Bartlesville CDJ: I am not sure you are the person I need to talk to but will try anyway. We bought a 2016 jeep cherokee from you the end of June. Denis was our salesman and he was great. We would definitely deal with him again but not happy with your accounting dept. I called twice to see if our title was there and was always told no. Finally when our 30 days was up and paper tag was going to expire I called again only to find it had been sitting there. We were never called to tell us it was ready. I came right out and got it and went to tag agency only to find out there title was not signed by cdj. So I came back to cdj to get title signed and went back to tag agency. When we bought the car we told them both names were to be on title. I did not check title when I took it back to tag agency. We got the title in mail only to find it only had my name on it. So once again I had to go to tag agency and pay $31.50 to have my husband???s name put on it. I think someone needs to see what is going on in your accounting dept. Our only complaint is with accounting not Denis, Gary or Ryan. UPDATE: Wes Osborne called and is reimbursing us for the $31.50 for the title change and full tank of gas. Myra James
