Concierge-level service! I was so impressed by Hamid (Sales Manager), Richard (Sales) & Jason (Finance). Leasing a vehicle here did not feel as if I was completing a typical car sale or lease transaction, it truly felt as if I had a team of advocates helping me. In addition, I was not there for hours which has been my past experience with dealerships (from Volkswagen to Mercedes to Range Rover). They had me in and out while still providing me with a clear understanding of the paperwork as well as the car. Before coming to Hornburg I attempted to do this deal with an auto broker and oh man, MISTAKE. Hamid and Richard not only came in lower on the monthly but also saved me the $800 broker fee. I'm a forever customer and most importantly found a team of car sales representatives that I can trust. Oh and I love my new Jaguar E-Pace.
My service consultant George Naisbitt went above and beyond the call of duty, the ladies at Enterprise were amazingly kind and helpful and of course Paco who has been at the service center longer than I've been having cars serviced there (15 yrs) was a pleasure to see and extremely helpful.
The Hornburg Dealership in Santa Monica deserves 10+ in overall satisfaction! Knowledge and Professionalism is what i personally admire the most, their easy going and well experienced sales associates can assist you in all areas regarding the car you are to purchase or lease as they recognize the needs of the buyer.

One service adviser(not my usual who was at lunch when I first arrived) said I needed 4 new tires.
I actually only neede dtwo that I came in for.
He tried to upsale me but luckily my adviser came back and saidI only needed two.
Whoops ,and not good customer relationship with dishonest practices.
Head adviser needs to work on that.
I scraped the curb and broke my Valve stem. Roadside assistance came to my rescue and towed my car to Land Rover South Bay. This was a saturday at 3:00 PM or so and the dealership closes at 5. The replace the vale stem with sensor and checked everything out to be A-OK in one hour. Amazing! Jesse the service associate was extremely helpful in getting this done. His communication skills were off the hook!

The service department is absolutely fabulous! I work with Nate, who is amazing, but all the guys working there are excellent. Customer service it top notch and they will go out of their way to accommodate you. The complimentary wash and pick up/drop off are examples of how they go above and beyond. I've been to other service departments and this is #1 by far!!!
I have bought many land rovers and range rovers over the years. I always went to Hornberg because they were close to my home. I have had so many bad experiences there that I decided to try a new dealership.
I went to Land Rover of South Bay and my experience was fantastic. The sales people were helpful. There was no pressure and I believe they gave me a very fair deal.
Now I would never go any where else!
I recently had the 45K major maintenance done on my 2013 LR4. I enjoyed a zippy Evoque loaner while my vehicle was in the shop. I have been doing business with LR South Bay for more than a decade, and I would not trust having my Land Rovers serviced anywhere else. Service advisor Nathan Krafczyk and the mechanics there are awesome!
Our experience at Land Rover South Bay couldn't have been better. Buying a car always means spending hours at the dealership, and with a pregnant wife and 1 yr old twin boys, this can be a big challenge. The service at this dealership was unparalleled - making the experience very enjoyable and stress-free.
Mark Hanna was so helpful in helping me find the perfect car for my family and I. I had a little issue with getting a check for my trade in but over all I had a very great experience and would recommend this dealership very highly to anyone that would like to purchase or lease a Land Rover.
