No matter the reason I always have good service when I come to this dealership! My maintenance record is in good standing because of the service they give. Just recently I had my one year service while checking out I asked a question about my Apple play. They kindly took the keys back gave me a ride to and from the mall while they investigated the problem. I always tell people about this dealership. The staff and service are a perfect match for me!

Chantilly LandRover Range Rover is by far the best in the area. Not only did I purchase my Range Rover sport from this dealership, but I gladly drive the extra distance to have it serviced there. I have taken my car to dealerships that are closer to my home, but the Service and Quality are not that of Chantilly Range Rover, so it is worth the extra drive for me. Both Scott, and James, in the service department are outstanding. Couldn’t recommend this location more highly! Thank you, guys, for your impeccable service, and attention to detail. I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.
