I love driving my Land Rover Discovery Sport and I am impressed whenever I bring it in for scheduled maintenance. The facility is beautiful. It is easy to schedule and drop off under cover, so I never have to worry about bad weather. The staff is incredibly professional, kind and courteous.

Ziegler Land Rover steals buyers money and cars. They sell new vehicles to you and then negligently deliver this to someone else with no any proper documentation. When you request your car or money back they simply kick you out declaring that deal is done. Then they steal your sales tax money and they try to register the stolen vehicle on your name. General manager and new cars sales manager are making at you telling to go to the insurance company. But there is no any insurance because the vehicle wears never delivered. Do not buy any cars from this fat cockroach. They are thief.

I had my car serviced last week at Crown Jaguar. Normal yearly maintenance. Sara Cribbs was my service advisor and has been for several years. She took excellent care of my car, even had it washed and vacuumed. I waited and was in and out in a little over an hour.

The service advisor, Jesus Perez, was exceptionally stawart. His CRM approach was thorough and informative.

I was contacted by Ms Jessica Bell on a Friday via text as I had filled out information online the night before. Jessica and I talked and I told her my budget and what I was interested in seeing. I sent my wife, in to see Jessica on a Friday afternoon in the rain!! On Saturday Jessica delivered the new vehicle as she had worked the deal. I was even able to complete all my paperwork in my home office. The customer service is the best I’ve ever had when making a purchase of this magnitude. Hats off to Jessica Bell for making my experience at Paretti Lovely. My wife and I are ecstatic!! As a business you can say customer service and customer satisfaction is your practice but if you don’t have the employees whom buy into the culture and arrive at work daily with this as their priority, it just doesn’t work. The car was as described and the Sales person ( Kevin Soltwedel) was available on his day off to show me the car after communicating via email. I eneded up purchasing the car and there was little hassle in doing so. I had one small issue with the key fob missing the key blade ( $30) part and initially dealership wouldn't agree to replace it. After some back and forth with my salesman, they finally agreed to make it right. I did feel that my salesman had to work too hard to rectify the issue internally at Land rover Bethesda, for something that should have been a non brainer

My husband and I recently purchased a 2015 Range Rover Sport from Scott Johnson in Sales. We live 2 hours north of Sacramento in Redding CA. We were able to easily negotiate the deal over the phone with a trade in and when we drove down to the dealership Scott had the vehicle and the paperwork all ready for us. We were in and out in 45 minutes Thank You Scott! Upon Delivery we noticed a minor repair that needed to be made by the service dept. I was contacted by Shannon in Service she was very polite and friendly and made arrangements for the driver to come up to Redding to pick up my vehicle make the required repair (headliner) not only did they accommodate me at my house by picking up the vehicle but left me with a very nice Jaguar F-Type as a service loaner. The Service and Sales departments at this dealership are first class and they have earned a customer for life! Thank you for the Excellent Service all around!
