I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon in service at Herb Chambers Jaguar, and I can't recommend him highly enough! After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Had a major problem with the remote key which was quickly handled as well as an inspection and recalls we were not aware of. We live over an hour and a half away so the loaner car was great.

Took my Land Rover LR four and four engine check light was only found out it wasn’t nothing they get the check light out in the process when they finish they ended up doing a courtesy wash which I asked not to. When I came out and looked at my truck it had some marks on the two side black panels and they had Tarnish my front grill and the two side vents all four of my door covers. Went back inside and tolded the service person who was Scott Batwinas. And he went and got the service Manager. Between the two of them they was very polite and apologetic towards me and they fix the problem they did a really good job replacing the items on my truck.

I would like to commend Sales and Leasing Consultant Tylon ("Ty") Curry and Valenti Volkswagen of Hartford, CT. As a recent college graduate, I worked with Ty on the purchase of my first car: a certified used 2017 Volkswagen Alltrack. I took two trains to get to Santa Barbara Auto Group to purchase a vehicle and that's because a couple of phone calls and e-mails from Rene Verbrugge and David Zoesch convinced me to do so. When I arrived I was promptly picked up at the train station by David and when we arrived at the dealership and I began the buying process I realized that not only were they going to meet my expectations but exceed them..which they did! My family was in need of new vehicle with an expanding family on the way, and she and I first spoke extensively over the phone about the inventory and the car that we were interested in purchasing. These calls were after having done extensive online research to find the best possible combination of price and quality. After multiple phone calls, I then drove on a Sunday to the dealership - hours away - and Cat greeted me at the door as it opened. She and her colleagues walked me through the purchase, and we couldn't be happier with the new vehicle. Excellent service, and above all, Cat is simply an excellent person. Highly recommended.
