Therefore, I researched other cars, other dealers, and was ready to work with someone other than San Diego Land Rover. When approached San Diego Land Rover that I was going with someone else, they immediately, assisted me with what I wanted and honored the deal. Thank you....

Ziegler Land Rover steals buyers money and cars. They sell new vehicles to you and then negligently deliver this to someone else with no any proper documentation. When you request your car or money back they simply kick you out declaring that deal is done. Then they steal your sales tax money and they try to register the stolen vehicle on your name. General manager and new cars sales manager are making at you telling to go to the insurance company. But there is no any insurance because the vehicle wears never delivered. Do not buy any cars from this fat cockroach. They are thief.

Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Adam made himself available via phone, text, etc. to make sure all my questions were answered and work with me on a deal. Bryan and Jenna made the transaction very easy, including securing out of state title/tags. I flew in in the morning and drove out with 'new' CPO Range Rover that afternoon.
