The wait took a little longer than I was told, but the service was good.

Ziegler Land Rover steals buyers money and cars. They sell new vehicles to you and then negligently deliver this to someone else with no any proper documentation. When you request your car or money back they simply kick you out declaring that deal is done. Then they steal your sales tax money and they try to register the stolen vehicle on your name. General manager and new cars sales manager are making at you telling to go to the insurance company. But there is no any insurance because the vehicle wears never delivered. Do not buy any cars from this fat cockroach. They are thief.

Sales rep was great and knowledgeable about the car. Fairly easy experience over the phone, txtx, and in person?no pressure sales, rest of the team was easy to work with. Received all the information I needed up front so when I arrived at the dealership all I needed to do was test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork.

The Dealership is very professional car was ready when I arrived. Business office took less than 20 minutes. I was back on the road within two hours.

The service department at Willow Grove JLR has once again proven their supremacy amongst the dealer service departments in the area. Not only were they their usual professional, courteous, and accomodating selves, but they also managed to save me several thousand dollars on a major service. There truly is nowhere else in the Greater Philadelphia Area that I would trust my vehicle to.

The service advisor, Jesus Perez, was exceptionally stawart. His CRM approach was thorough and informative.

I had my car serviced last week at Crown Jaguar. Normal yearly maintenance. Sara Cribbs was my service advisor and has been for several years. She took excellent care of my car, even had it washed and vacuumed. I waited and was in and out in a little over an hour.

My salesman Joshua Grice did a great job helping me with my order. He kept in touch throughout the waiting time. Tumi Akingbade thouroughly explained all of the cars features once it was delivered and has replied to a few texts promptly if I texted him a question. 5 stars for both!!

I love driving my Land Rover Discovery Sport and I am impressed whenever I bring it in for scheduled maintenance. The facility is beautiful. It is easy to schedule and drop off under cover, so I never have to worry about bad weather. The staff is incredibly professional, kind and courteous.

I was contacted by Ms Jessica Bell on a Friday via text as I had filled out information online the night before. Jessica and I talked and I told her my budget and what I was interested in seeing. I sent my wife, in to see Jessica on a Friday afternoon in the rain!! On Saturday Jessica delivered the new vehicle as she had worked the deal. I was even able to complete all my paperwork in my home office. The customer service is the best I’ve ever had when making a purchase of this magnitude. Hats off to Jessica Bell for making my experience at Paretti Lovely. My wife and I are ecstatic!! As a business you can say customer service and customer satisfaction is your practice but if you don’t have the employees whom buy into the culture and arrive at work daily with this as their priority, it just doesn’t work. After many incredible purchases from this dealership, this is our first custom build. From the start of the build Ryan was awesome assisting us with all the options. Took deposit and then we waited. Due to supply chain issues we were told it may take over a year. We understood and were fine with that. His communication during that time was top notch. The call came that our car would be in. Could not wait and delivery was no different. No games no hidden fees. He took his time and explained everything. You can tell he loves the product and represents the brand well. On to Derek to finalize the paperwork. The incredible customer service continued. Everyone there made us feel at home and we had another incredible purchase experience!!! Everything from top to bottom was first class. I can't imagine going anywhere else. They were on time. The price was fair. I actually enjoyed the buying experience.
