The Sales Staff & Finance Department are some of the easiest people to work with in the automotive industry. They are extremely knowledgeable about the product they are selling, and they are extremely efficient. The days of spending hours upon hours trying to buy a car are gone here! I took two trains to get to Santa Barbara Auto Group to purchase a vehicle and that's because a couple of phone calls and e-mails from Rene Verbrugge and David Zoesch convinced me to do so. When I arrived I was promptly picked up at the train station by David and when we arrived at the dealership and I began the buying process I realized that not only were they going to meet my expectations but exceed them..which they did! They were nice enough and willing to deal some. They told me that they were going to mail me some touch up paint but I have not seen it?? They did have the windshield replaced like the said they would.

I am thrilled with the service I received from start to finish and will be a new customer of Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. My engine light went on late Thursday afternoon. When I called the service center at the dealership, there was a "live" person that immediately answered the phone to discuss the reason for my call and schedule my appointment. I was able to have my vehicle inspected and serviced the next morning. The service consultant assigned, John, was awesome. John and the technician researched to find that the issue causing the engine light to go on was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and the repair was completed within just a few hours. They even provided complimentary Lyft rides from and back to the dealership. I am so impressed by their customer service that I am switching to this dealership going forward for my annual maintenance service.

Overall it was a good experience. With what I wanted in options, they said here is what we have on the lot. If we were to bring in the car, it would cost money. Therefore, I researched other cars, other dealers, and was ready to work with someone other than San Diego Land Rover.
