The customer service experience I had with the Sales Department was exceptional, and wonderful!! My car salesman, Juan and the Finance Manager, Fernanda were wonderful and went out of their way to make the deal happen for me! I will forever be grateful and thankful for their services and support they provided me during a very difficult time in my life. Long story short, I purchased a Land Rover from another dealer over 3 years ago and the car’s break system completely collapsed on me recently in September 2023; and the car became un-drivable; which also meant the car would be un-sellable unless I got the problem fix which was going to be over $12,000. I definitely was not going to pay that repair cost and my extended warranty expired last December. I went to Land Rover Boston and Juan from the very first day to the end was very helpful, patient, and resourceful. He had patience with me and was very empathetic and sympathetic to my specific situation. One of the things I appreciated the most is the fact that he wasn’t to eager to sell me a car and make a commission. He didn’t care about his commission and his focus was getting me into a new safe car that wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg and one that I would love; and oh boy did he deliver on this! This is a rare characteristic to find in a sales person and I am so happy he greeted me when I first went to the dealership. I first talked to Juan in August 2023 and went back in December 2023 to make the purchase because I was on the fence and wasn’t sure if I was going to do a trade yet. Juan got approval and the dealership paid off my loan for my old car!! I was so happy and grateful because I did not want to carry that negative equity to my new car loan because the monthly payments would be sky high. The Finance Manager, Fernanda, worked diligently and got me approved by a bank, a bank I financed from previously, and lowered the MSRP for my new car so that the loan would get approved. She also cut $1,500 from the extended warranty package so that the bank would finance the warranty with the car loan. Somehow, she also managed to get the bank to lower my interest rate between 5-7%!!I have brought cars before from different dealerships but I have never had this kind of excellent customer service before. I have recommended them to my friends and family. I am so happy with my purchase and I am now a customer for life! I will definitely go back when I’m ready for another car! Thank you so much Juan and Fernanda, you guys are my guardian angels sent from above 💕 if you’re on the market for a new vehicle, give them a call, you won’t regret it. Before this dealership opened, had to take my LR3 to Indianapolis for service. It was a nightmare trying to schedule service so far away! JLR Of Fort Wayne is conveniently located. I'm home!

Riley Harmon created a flawless car-buying experience for me, even as an out-of-state buyer. As a life-long car enthusiast, I consider myself a demanding buyer. I know what I want from the car, and I want the car-buying experience to be fun by being easy. To ensure that, Riley was responsive, communicative, clear, friendly, professional, patient, and informative, among other things. He responded to every phone call, email, text message in a very reasonable time, and was clear in communication and explanation of their process. The car I bought was the only one in the country in the right color and options combo, which is why I was making the purchase from out-of-state. Not once did he pressure me in any way, despite the unique inventory. The Alfa Romeo I bought has been a life goal, but I wanted to remain rational about the major purchase, so not feeling pressured was important. I flew to Kansas City (my first visit) before the paperwork was completed due my late decision to move forward the previous day. Riley picked me up from the airport, no questions asked. I enjoyed the ride over to Aristocrat Motors while he told me about the city and its history, as well as about the dealership, its management and practices. I truly enjoyed that drive and already felt justified in my decision to make a trip to buy a car. When we pulled up to the dealership, I knew to expect a large, multi-brand campus. It was even nicer than I had expected. Given that the car was a life goal as well as having a sticker price double what I have ever paid for a car before, I was hoping for that ‘above and beyond’ sales experience you always see in commercial, but also knowing that the car I wanted was still a fraction of the most expensive cars that Aristocrat offers. What happened next sealed the deal. The car was not parked in a delivery area outside, not set up in a staging room inside the building; the car was in the middle of the prettiest, most impressive showroom room that I have ever seen, under a massive domed ceiling with indirect lighting, on a stoned floor, surrounded by other Alfas and Maseratis. I was blown away that this is how they treated me. After a quick test-drive just to make sure everything was in its right place, Riley reviewed the online paperwork and pricing that I had gone over the night before. Their online purchasing system is transparent. I could see everything I needed to in one spot, including selecting any applicable manufacturer discounts that applied on my own. The number he showed me matched what I saw the day before, no surprises. Now, the last step before a very long drive home, was the finance office. I was still expecting to walk into Ben Jones’ office and get hit with offers for last-chance, just-in-case add-ons; I was wrong. Ben rattled off the same numbers I saw at home, the same numbers I reviewed with Riley. A handful of signatures in what couldn’t have been longer than 5 minutes, and I was done. My head still spins at how fast that process was, as well as respectful of me as a buyer and my time. I walked out of the office, back over to my new car. Riley thanked me, gave me a parting gift then I quite literally drove off into the sunset. I almost cried looking around myself, seated in a beautiful new Alfa Romeo, with not a single regret nor speed bump to give me second thoughts. The sole thing left to be desired is an Aristocrat Motors location in my home area. Thank you so very much to Riley and all of the Aristocrat Motors staff, it was an absolute pleasure.

I have to say, this was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. Sales people were extreemly knowledgable, cheerful, and not pushy. Maybe even more impressive were the mechanics- probably the most experienced mechanics I've ever delt with- and in 40 years of driving and working on cars, that's saying something. Where else can you go and try out a dozen cars from as many different companies, all in one place.

Great dealership with great people! Some of the complaints about wanting to return a car after driving it off the lot make no sense. If a car is out of warranty, buy a warranty. It is that simple. The customer is not always right, and it is frustrating to see people unfairly bash a dealership full of hardworking professionals. I had a great experience purchasing my 911. It was sold as is, and when they offered me a warranty, I made the responsible choice and bought it. That is just part of being an adult buyer. The process was smooth and professional. Do not let negative reviews from buy here pay here customers discourage you. This is a solid place to do business.
