My salesman Joshua Grice did a great job helping me with my order. He kept in touch throughout the waiting time. Tumi Akingbade thouroughly explained all of the cars features once it was delivered and has replied to a few texts promptly if I texted him a question. 5 stars for both!!

Repair issue was quickly identified and fixed. Work was clearly communicated. I highly recommend Darrell and the service department at Harper.

Communication was great. They sent additional videos of the car and when asked about any cosmetic defects were completely honest and showed them in the video. Also discussed their detailer that comes on Thursdays. Didn’t end up purchasing from them but they were very good to deal with.

They are very efficient, I recommend them. In sales and customer service they have everything you need.

Great experience. The buying process was easy from beginning to end. Had the pleasure of bisiting the service department for steps o wanted to add on after the fact, that process was hassle free.

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

They reached out right away after my online inquiry into the '17 Lexus NX. Unfortunately there was no delivery service and this would be costly from Ft. Meyers to Las Cruces, NM. Nonetheless the rep was very forthright with the car info and felt no hard selling on their end. Always appreciated when your not there in person to make personal contact.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

I went to the store and Lauren Smit smiled to me and she asked me right questions, keeping smile on her face and digging a little bit more about understanding what exactly I’m looking for... and I answer all her questions and we went outside to see the cars on my options, I was sure I’m going to get a BMW or an Audi and Lauren let me understanding that actually I was I looking for it’s Lexus. and Choose Lexus but! I had some problem with my Social Security number and I need to wait another week and another day and another 24 hour Lorraine and the manager Jimmy was so patiently nicely and kindly understanding my problem with a Social Security and they give me the time I needed keeping my car for another extra 24 hours I really appreciate that because of that I was able to get the best deal with the best price and the best car off my best price with the loan usually car shopping takes one day a couple of hours but my car shopping took about 10 days can you imagine the frustration but everybody in Carmax Was very patient and kind and understanding my situation thank you Carmax definitely recommend it to all my friends family and customers and I have a lot as a real estate agent my customers all need a car and my coworkers all need a car definitely recommend it love you guys. Took my Land Rover LR four and four engine check light was only found out it wasn’t nothing they get the check light out in the process when they finish they ended up doing a courtesy wash which I asked not to. When I came out and looked at my truck it had some marks on the two side black panels and they had Tarnish my front grill and the two side vents all four of my door covers. Went back inside and tolded the service person who was Scott Batwinas. And he went and got the service Manager. Between the two of them they was very polite and apologetic towards me and they fix the problem they did a really good job replacing the items on my truck.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Troy was very nice and very patient with me. And Blake the sales manger was very accommodating working with me on a price. No high pressure sales tactics here. I highly recommend these guys.
