While talking to Deondrea, I also was introduced to General Manager Stephen Reeves. Stephen was warm and caring. He understood my situation and worked with Deondrea to help make my purchase happen. Stephen and I hit it off right away. He gave me straight answers and even helped me ask questions I didn't even know I should be asking. When there was an issue with my check payment, Deondrea drove over an hour, on his day off, to help me get it resolved. Let me say that again. Over an hour. On his day off. He didn't need to do that. All he had to do was wait 1 day and someone else would have come in to buy the car with a lot less hassle. (In fact, 11 people came in asking to buy it the very next day who probably would have paid more.) They were invested in helping me and they did everything they said they would do and more! They stayed there with me until 12am (They close at 9pm.) two nights in the row, just so we could get everything in order. They even gave me a great price for my trade-in car! After that I worked with Finance Manager Yeabsira who showed experience and wisdom far beyond her years. Admittedly, I was tired, hungry, and was a little gruff because I was carrying preconceived notions about what dealing with a Finance Manager was going to be like. She was the exact opposite. She helped keep me grounded and centered. We went over the packages and just focused on the ones that worked best for my needs. I have worked in Customer Service for over 27 years, and she impressed me with her empathy and willingness to put my needs over the company's. A rare find in the auto sales industry! That night I drove off the lot in my Rav4 with all the things I wanted with it and even helped me get a roof rack. He had the new plates driven out to me at home almost an hour away and they were installed for me on the spot. Stephen, Deondrea, and Yeabsira told me they wanted to make sure I was happy with my car and wouldn't be satisfied until I was. They kept that promise and then some! If you are in the market for a car, regardless of whether it's used or new, regardless if you are buying it outright or are working on a budget, like me. Fantastic fit and finish, it's an amazing performance car with great handling and acceleration and braking. I have owned 5 Audi's, 3 BMWs, 2 Mercedes and I would have to say that this Jaguar is the best combination in a luxury performance car ever. If you drive it in a respectful manner the fuel economy is very good but it's nimble and the quad drive is there for any slippery situations.

We had a very good experience purchasing a Tesla Model Y from VINS. Tony was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the car. Showed us most of the features as we drove. Explained ever about the car and the deal. They were very upfront with all information about the car. Hina in finance was very patient. No pressure. It was a nice experience. After plenty of research, I purchased a used 2018, Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport model, with 27,000 miles. It’s beautiful. Exterior color is Indus Silver and flawless. The interior is black leather with cream color stitching. A+ on comfort, from smooth driving to seat comfort with front and rear adjustable seats all with seat heaters. Cargo area is roomy. Car came with carpet and rubber, silver logo’d floor mats. Sunroof is front and back. Headlights auto adjust depending on darkness of road. This 4-cylinder turbo has eco, comfort, and sport mode with plenty of power and torque. Interior has plenty of room for front and back passengers. Great gas mileage at 27+ miles/gallon. I purchased this edgy, stylish, yet aggressive car to commute with, and couldn’t be happier. I own 3 BMW’s: a 740i, 528i, and 330i… I took a chance on Jaguar, and I LOVE this car!
