I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.

Everyone at Jaguar Land Rover Buckhead was awesome. I drove from Indianapolis IN, and I was well taken care of. Everyone was just so nice and pleasant, and made me feel at home. Any one I came in contact with greeted me and made sure I was okay :) Rusty was my salesman; and he stayed in contact with me over a month helping me find the vehicle I wanted. Brad Bryant; manager was super sweet and assisted me with everything I needed. Phil was the finance manager, and he made everything work, and super sweet. I've had the MY21 for just over 3 years, sitting at 54,000miles currently. Not a single issue to report on this car, actually driven VW and Merc before this and it's the most reliable of all my cars so far. Look after it, service it and use good quality fuel and it will keep you smiling for many years. Interior quality far exceeds that of an Audi Q5, Merc GLC and BMW X3. It's a great drive with a luxury yet sporty feel. It doesn't benefit from air suspension but it's a sports SUV and that's why. It does have adaptive dynamics which make it a comfortable and refined drive, dynamic mode give it a really stiff sport feel.

On December 23rd of 2016 I purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot from the Pompano Beach Carmax (Sample Road). My wife is pregnant and will soon give birth to our first child. Before this we were a one car family with a Fiat 500 and my wife was very concerned about not having a car to bring baby boy home from the hospital in, not to mention to make it to all of the Doctor appointments for wellness checks in. So, I decided why not make the purchase a Christmas present/surprise since we needed one anyways! Only problem was I had this revelation on Wednesday December 21, 2016 and Carmax was to be closed on the 24th and 25th for Christmas. The real issue was that the perfect car (She had been wanting a white Patriot for a few years now) was all the way in Clearwater, FL... some 250 miles away. I was told by the sales rep at Pompano Beach that while it was possible the car may be there by Friday, in time for me to pick up prior to Christmas, it was in no way a certainty. I then contacted the Clearwater store to speak with someone who handles the outgoing shipments and he basically told me that it was not going to happen. From my understanding, the way it works with Carmax is when the car you want is at a location less than 200 miles Carmax will do the shipping itself and it usually takes 1-3 days. But when it is further than that they outsource to carrier companies. In that case they have to wait until they have enough cars to send to make it economical for them to do so and also deal with bidding/price hunting etc... which complicates the who thing and makes everything take much longer. After learning all of this I gave the corporate office a call and got in touch with a Emilee, an analyst from the Carmax Customer Care Team. I explained my situation and how much it would mean to my wife and I (both in the form of glee for her and reduced anxiety for the both of us) if they could somehow get the car to Pompano Beach in time for me to pick up on Friday. Before the end of the week Emilee had gotten a whole team of people in the corporate office working on getting the car to us in time. I received telephone updates from her all along the way. By Thursday afternoon I received an email informing me that the car was in transit, followed by a call from Emilee letting me know that everything worked out and the car should be there Thursday evening or Friday morning and a call from the Sales Manager at the Pompano Beach store letting me know that he had spoken to Emilee and once the car arrived they were going to expedite the "unpacking" and everything that that entails. The real cherry on top came on January 3rd when my wife received a FedEx package while I was at work. Inside she found a set of very nice swaddling blankets and a card that read: "Chris, Thank you so much for letting our Pompano Beach Team help you find your new-to-you Jeep Patriot for your growing family! Here's a small token from CarMax to welcome your new addition. We hope your Jeep Patriot takes you on incredible new adventures! Sincerely, Emilee, Your CarMax Customer Care Team" Everyone was super amazing and I could not be more grateful for the professional and caring people at both the local Sample Road Pompano Beach Store and the Corporate office. Thanks to Cristy (Pompano Beach sales rep) as well for making the whole process and painless as possible. As a side note: The Patriot was absolutely immaculate inside and out despite having 27k miles on it, my wife would have sworn it was new before she saw the odemeter... She was happy I saved us some money ;)

I went to the store and Lauren Smit smiled to me and she asked me right questions, keeping smile on her face and digging a little bit more about understanding what exactly I’m looking for... and I answer all her questions and we went outside to see the cars on my options, I was sure I’m going to get a BMW or an Audi and Lauren let me understanding that actually I was I looking for it’s Lexus. and Choose Lexus but! I had some problem with my Social Security number and I need to wait another week and another day and another 24 hour Lorraine and the manager Jimmy was so patiently nicely and kindly understanding my problem with a Social Security and they give me the time I needed keeping my car for another extra 24 hours I really appreciate that because of that I was able to get the best deal with the best price and the best car off my best price with the loan usually car shopping takes one day a couple of hours but my car shopping took about 10 days can you imagine the frustration but everybody in Carmax Was very patient and kind and understanding my situation thank you Carmax definitely recommend it to all my friends family and customers and I have a lot as a real estate agent my customers all need a car and my coworkers all need a car definitely recommend it love you guys. This car fits our needs. Roomy interior but not bulky. Good trunk space and features are user friendly. Just own it for a week, but so far very satisfied.

Unique exterior. Interior of ‘20 a bit plastic - not like a Jaguar. A few confusing controls but well equipped. Better performance than Audi and Mercedes. Good interior space.

Not only is this a gorgeous looking car, but its performance is superb - on the open road, in snow and blizzards - I have never felt safer than when I have driven this F-Pace. Leg room is great, seats are comfortable, handling is impeccable, sound is super. Lots of trunk space. Quiet interior. All in all, a pleasure to drive and experience some real power.

After plenty of research, I purchased a used 2018, Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport model, with 27,000 miles. It’s beautiful. Exterior color is Indus Silver and flawless. The interior is black leather with cream color stitching. A+ on comfort, from smooth driving to seat comfort with front and rear adjustable seats all with seat heaters. Cargo area is roomy. Car came with carpet and rubber, silver logo’d floor mats. Sunroof is front and back. Headlights auto adjust depending on darkness of road. This 4-cylinder turbo has eco, comfort, and sport mode with plenty of power and torque. Interior has plenty of room for front and back passengers. Great gas mileage at 27+ miles/gallon. I purchased this edgy, stylish, yet aggressive car to commute with, and couldn’t be happier. I own 3 BMW’s: a 740i, 528i, and 330i… I took a chance on Jaguar, and I LOVE this car!

Love it such a comfortable crossover and best warranty for a luxury car big part of my reason to purchase a Jaguar. Have had lexus bmw Mercedes so expensive to maintain once warranty runs out which is usually 3 years. Look forward to going on a road trip soon!

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

The car has been great to drive around town and on very long trips. It gets a lot of luxe because of the uniqueness of the design. We did have some minor issues with the entertainment system and interior lighting. But the dealer was able to fix that with an upgrade to the software. So far, we are happy with it.

As I said in the title, I LOVE my F-Pace S. If you have one with the InControl Touch Pro system (wider screen with no buttons on the sides - included in the Tech package with the electronic gauges) your 2017+ FP should qualify for a FREE software update. This update requires a trip to the dealer, but it adds Apple CarPlay/Android Auto as well as the ability to receive Software Over The Air (SOTA) updates. Now on with the review... I’m in my 40’s and I’ve barely kept a vehicle for more than 3-4 years since I was 16, so I’ve had a few. The F-Pace is one of my favorite vehicles I’ve ever owned. The SC 3.0 is efficient when you need it to be (I’ve got 27.1 mpg avg on 2hr+ interstate trips - not bad for almost 400hp) and has more power than most will ever need when you click it into Sport/Dynamic modes. The exhaust sound is glorious, not quite the growl of the SVR, but still pretty great and a lot cheaper. It actually sounds like an F-Type since it’s one of the engines they put in there as well. It’s comfortable, but it’s definitely more of a “sport” biased SUV so you’ll feel the bumps in the road transmit to the cabin more than a more luxury biased model. The optional 22” wheels on mine don’t help the situation, so if you want a more plush ride, opt for the standard 20” wheels because that extra rubber will help smooth out the ride a bit. It’s not as cushy as the JGC Overland I traded in on it, but the FP’s handling and performance is worlds better than the Jeep until you get into the SRT range. The FP definitely gets more attention than the Jeep, since they’re still pretty rare. Cargo room is actually very good, and almost as big as the Jeep, which is a class above the FP in size. The FP has much more cargo space than its closest competitor, the Porsche Macan. I love the Macan, but I have kids, so it was a no-go due to its tiny cargo area. Being from the Jaguar/Land Rover company, the FP seems to have much better off-road/AWD performance than the Macan as well. That was important to me since I work in healthcare where we don’t have the luxury to miss work because of bad weather, and I occasionally drive to rental cabins in the mountains on less than stellar roads. From what I’ve seen in reviews and heard from other owners who have had their FP’s in some rough conditions, is that Land Rover definitely had some input with the Adaptive Surface Response (AdSR) mode on the Jag. You can pick from options like Low Friction Start and All Surface Progress Control (ASPC) - which is basically like hill ascent/descent control that uses the systems of the car to help keep you slowly making progress on slippery/loose surfaces. I tried driving up a steep hill of wet grass on ultra high performance Conti DWS 06 tires using ASPC and low friction launch, and I was amazed. I don’t think my JGC on BFG A/T’s could have done any better. So in conclusion, I think the FP is an amazing vehicle that’s practical in terms of storage, hauling, and towing capacity, while still handling and driving like a sports sedan. No vehicle is perfect, but the FP is a great compromise of sport and utility.
