Service advisor Nicholas is such an amazing guy to work with! He is very thoughtful all while striving to complete the task at hand all handling multiple clients. I’d like to say thank you for being extremely professional aiming to please.
Service advisor Jerry was great! He explained everything well and offered helpful advice on keeping my car in great shape for the long-haul. I usually don't return to dealers after the warranty is over, but Jerry and the good servicing I've received so far has changed my mind about this.
I was in the market for an XJL. The one I was looking at sold before I could buy it. However Mark made me a great deal on a standard wheel base model. He was transparent, patient, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I didn't feel any pressure to make a decision. He also went above and beyond to make sure that I knew he was available for whatever I needed even after I made the purchase. I wasn't treated any differently being that I wasn't there buying a $100k car. That definitely happens at other high end dealerships. Five stars all around for this establishment. Everyone was warm and inviting and my business was handled very promptly...I will be visiting Mark again once they get the right XJL in for me to trade!
I visited Hennessy Jaguar last weekend to purchase a new vehicle. From the moment I walked in until the time I drove off with my new car, I received the absolute best customer service! Susann Davis was especially courteous and kind and she helped me navigate through my choices. She was the consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable. The finance experience was without question the smoothest experience I???ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I felt respected and valued as a customer. For the first time ever my "buying/leasing a car" experience was fun, positive and transparent. Jim did an excellent job NOT making me feel pressured and was able to present two deals in order for me to pick the better fit. He understood my wants and needs. We hit it off and discussed that Sales is all about trust. I have a new friend in Jim and will always come back to him for advice and help and the next purchase.
We just purchased a new car from Jaguar Land Rover of North Atlanta and the process was very positive from start to finish. We had the pleasure of working with Roger. There were specific features that we wanted on our new car and he was able to find the perfect one for us. Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.

Even though my Land Rover didn't work out due to various problems, the service department was always top notch! The Service manager Joe was attentive and knowledgeable and always tried to do his best to help me then things went wrong. My service advisor Justin also was caring and did his best to resolve every issue. In the end the Rover was not for me due to various problems but the service department scores a 5/5 in my book!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I recently purchased a 2018 Land Rover Discovery from KZ. I found the car over the internet because I knew exactly what I wanted, and JLR of Chantilly had it in stock. Lucky me! All I had to do was make the deal over the telephone, and hope that when I showed up everything was as I expected. Some may be very comfortable with that idea, but I was not. Making a major purchase like this over the phone was somewhat scary. I do not normally write reviews like this, but this experience was so enjoyable that I'm making an exception. From start to finish, KZ took excellent care of me. He walked me through the car specifications to double and triple check it met my needs. In addition to getting exactly the car I wanted - KZ helped me get the windows tinted and wheels painted before I ever saw the vehicle. I flew into VA, made my way to the dealership and met KZ for the first time, and was gone within hours with a car that I love at the best price nationwide. I also just received the first follow up call from him, ensuring everything is going well. Thanks KZ for all your help and patience! I still love the car! BK
This is my second Jaguar from Jaguar of Chantilly. Sean was my salesman for the first and also for the second one. Sean always give 100% to ensure completion of the sale. He has exceptional communication skills. He is very composed, not easily excited under stress or pressure. Sean can always be depended on to "Get The Job Done". Sean is very focused and performs his duties as a salesman in an exceptional manner. Sean takes pride in his job and always has a positive approach. I highly recommend Jaguar of Chantilly and Sean. Caroline in Services and Mr. Alvira, Finance Manager is exceptional as well. In fact, everyone that I had contact with was very professional and exceptionally nice,.
