When needing a reliable, cost effective and trustworthy car I found a BMW with low mileage available at the CarPoint Auto Group through the Internet. I asked, who are these people nearly an hour’s drive from my home but the car looked really fit for purpose. When I drove to this small and out of the place location in South River (I live near Chester, NJ) I was really excited to see their stock of class cars both old, and new in outstanding conditions. This excited me as well as viewing the lower cost BMW fit for my purpose. Then I met Victoria Mora the sales consultant whom had kindly contacted me from the Internet interactions re the BMW. She had been both friendly and helpful in her phone call and mirrored that when we met and she was delightful. Explained about the history of the car, its benefits for my needs and allowed me to test drive kindly handling my own car that was parked in a less than convenient spot - kind of her. When we returned, Victoria neither pushed not pressured any sale but listened to my questions and gave honest and prompt responses such that I felt through her I already knew the car and had been driving it for years. She was instrumental in my quickly wanting to purchase the car. But I could not collect immediately so she accommodated my distant needs without hesitation despite it being a small inconvenience to her and the owner; they were so accommodating. When I drove to collect, being short of time due to poor traffic conditions, Victoria was swift, efficient, friendly and outgoingly helpful that we completed the sale/purchase formalities swiftly and without a hitch and I was able to drive off in the BMW to meet my previous appointments made possible only because of her professionalism, customer dedication and kindness. Now I know about this small, out of the way jewel and when I move from this fit for purpose BMW I will most certainly visit them again and aim to upgrade to a more sophisticated model that better suits my dreams. After plenty of research, I purchased a used 2018, Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport model, with 27,000 miles. It’s beautiful. Exterior color is Indus Silver and flawless. The interior is black leather with cream color stitching. A+ on comfort, from smooth driving to seat comfort with front and rear adjustable seats all with seat heaters. Cargo area is roomy. Car came with carpet and rubber, silver logo’d floor mats. Sunroof is front and back. Headlights auto adjust depending on darkness of road. This 4-cylinder turbo has eco, comfort, and sport mode with plenty of power and torque. Interior has plenty of room for front and back passengers. Great gas mileage at 27+ miles/gallon. I purchased this edgy, stylish, yet aggressive car to commute with, and couldn’t be happier. I own 3 BMW’s: a 740i, 528i, and 330i… I took a chance on Jaguar, and I LOVE this car!

I purchased our Big Kitty, Jaguar XJ40 Vanden Plas (XJ6) well over ten years ago...Some might say stole. Being a fairly capable shade tree mechanic, I have been able to fix all the issues the car had when I purchased her, inexpensively. Since she has been sorted the only issue has been a fuel pump needing replacement. Regular service. I have driven her roughly 15-20,000 miles in the last 10 years and she has always been powerful, smooth and a true pleasure to drive. We are part of a local Jaguar club and participate in many events throughout the year with our club.

I've owned 8 Corvettes, an M3, M4, a 528, Porsche 911 C4S, an Audi A4, Audi A5, Mercedes E550, Cadillac ATS4, a Volvo, three VWs, many pick up trucks and SUVs, so I have a lot of varied experience with different types of vehicles. Two weeks ago I bought my first Jaguar, an F Type R convertible. So far I love the car. It looks good, it's really fast, ride is comfortable for what it is and it sounds great. Let me address a couple of the complaints I've seen online. First, that the interior is cramped. Based on my experience it's no more cramped than other sports cars I've owned and driven. In fact it feels more spacious than the 2017 C7 Grand Sport I also own. The Vette has more/better tech. Technology is the one area I think the Jag is lacking. The trunk space is very limited but it's a sports car. I've seen online comments that if your bag is bigger than a loaf of bread it won't fit. Not true. You can fit a couple of overnight bags in the trunk of my convertible. A word about the exhaust sound. It seems everyone loves the extra loud exhaust. I do to...sometimes. The good news is that you can have it both ways. In "normal" mode it just has a nice growl and is actually rather quiet. But put it in dynamic mode and it has a completely different personality. I really like the fact you can have it both ways. Quiet or loud, beauty or beast, at least on the 2018. The only piece of the puzzle missing at this point is reliability. If it proves to be reliable I'll have no regrets. Time will tell.

I bought a Honda Accord here last week. I really liked the service: the managers were attentive, did not impose anything unnecessary, were very polite and patient (I chose for more than an hour) and the process itself from choosing to registration took only a few hours.

Fantastic fit and finish, it's an amazing performance car with great handling and acceleration and braking. I have owned 5 Audi's, 3 BMWs, 2 Mercedes and I would have to say that this Jaguar is the best combination in a luxury performance car ever. If you drive it in a respectful manner the fuel economy is very good but it's nimble and the quad drive is there for any slippery situations.

This has been a fantastic car. It is beautiful inside and out, incredibly comfortable, and amazing to drive. It handles like a dream. When on the highway, passing is a breeze with this turbocharged beauty.

Went in trying to finance a car for my fiancé and left with a car for both her and myself. They did what ever they could to make things happen, they were very understanding about my situation and were able to work things around me. Whether it was the down payment, monthly payment, etc. they did what they could to help us out and get us the best option. All in all we were happy with their service as they were very helpful, friendly and interacted with the entire family. Also, we are more than satisfied with our new cars. I would recommend anyone who has no credit, bad credit or good credit to come here for a car. You will not be disappointed!

I have a 2003 xtype manual AWD. One of the best cars I've owned. Had it 8 years now and no mechanical issues. I've replaced the front suspension parts as needed. Mine has 143000 miles on it and will still do 130 mph. Fun car to drive, and very reliable. The parts are fairly inexpensive if you don't buy from Jag. And any repairs or maintenance is pretty simple like any other car. It has gone through tires faster than most cars but still worth owning. The one problem I have with the car is, insurance tends to be really high for some reason. The car does depreciate fairly rapidly. I will have this car many more years.

I bought my 2019 Fpace S new and haven't had any problems with it. This is the longest I've ever kept a vehicle! It's fun to drive, tight, and responsive. Interior is really nice and comfortable. I've driven the car around town, interstate road trips, rain, snow, and even on beaches . . . it had handled well in all conditions.

I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. The car was plug in, so should be charged battery before my appointment. Thank you.

Back in 1998 I fell in love with the XJS... I was 16 at the time and I vowed that one day, I’d own one. Fast forward to February 2025, 27 years later… that dream became a reality. I was so lucky to find a near perfect, signal red convertible that had spent its life in a garage. Even up on the rack, the car was near perfect. Everything still worked perfectly and the car had just turned over on 80k miles. Every time I open my garage door, I smile. The car has that power. Additionally, on the rare sunny day when I put the top down and take it out, I am bombarded with waves, honks, “thumbs up”, and inquires. To be honest, I think it is one of the most beautiful cars to ever exist. She has power, class, sport, and comfort. I was lucky enough to get the straight 6 engine, which I hear was the best of the best. The only cons: Back seat is basically used for shopping bags, because a human couldn’t fit.,, and no glove compartment. I must say, I can live without both! LOL! Another con is people are GOING to stare, so don’t pick your nose and always look your best. I absolutely believe I could drive into a brand new Mercedes dealer and everyone on the lot would break their necks looking… I can live with that con too! All in all, my favorite car I have ever owned (had other Jags, BMW, and Cadillacs) and if I live another 50 years, she will be parked in my garage and I’m sure at 93, I’d still be smiling. Wouldn’t take $75,000 cash for her today… She’s my dream!
