If you want a car that feels like flying this is it. In long trips the powerful engine and cruise control make driving much less tiring. I have replaced the air compressor and water pump. I hear this is normal and you should plan on a water pump. I did the timing chain retro fit and now this car is the best car ever. If you love to drive and are willing to pay the maintenance you will love this car. Ask about timing chain retro fit for the 5.0 liter engine.

First time Jaguar owner.
This vehicle picked ME out as I walked by it at the dealership. It said, “I am going home with this guy”. I had no choice. Now I could not be more pleased with it. The elegance and beauty of a Jaguar is now something I enjoy every time I get in that seat. The experience of traveling in a vehicle that this provides is only something I had dreamed about up until now. Smooth, comfortable, powerful, sensitive and safe is how I feel in this amazing automobile. I just may have to try one of their other models in the near future. This Jaguar is an icon that will never be reproduced with his total aluminum body and powerfull V8. Both contribute to an economic ride with an average of 21 mpg and 25 mpg on interstate. 2009 Jaguar XF Luxury review
Ruby rules the highways!
Absolutely love my 2009 Premium Luxury 3 litre diesel. Looks beautiful in deep red, with cream leather interior. Drives like a dream, whether trundling around the city, or cruising the open motorways. Interior is stunning, one of the nicest I've seen in any car. It's truly the best do-everything car I've owned. Tows my small motorbike trailer, doesn't even know it's there. Gets you to your destination in supreme comfort, you feel like you've just popped to the local shop. Leaves the boy racers trailing in it's wake. With a stage 1 remap, a flick of the gears to 'Sport', and a press of the 'Dynamic' button, it turns into a snarling, charging rocketship. Has NEVER been beaten! The only downside is...... what could I possibly replace it with? For the money, nothing else comes close. Everyone loves 'Ruby', especially me. Had the 2005 S type 2.7 diesel previously, and the 3 litre XF is miles ahead.
