I have a 2018 Cherokee latitude plus. More than 140k miles. Very nice SUV. I think most of this bad reviews are not fair. I will buy a new one in the near future.

Upon arriving I was greeted by a service person. He was less than personable and seemed like I was bothering him when I approached. I was told to wait and he would be with me in a moment. Another service person came back to their desk and asked if I needed help. She was very friendly and the opposite of the first person. She couldn't have been more helpful and was a pleasure to talk to. I believe her name was Kris? She definitely turned my opinion around after helping me. I would have given a pretty sour review before she stepped in and assisted me. Based on my experience dealing with her this review went from a 2 to a 5.

I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

Purchased new in 2015. Have only done 1 repair in 129k, which was fixing oil leak at oil filter housing. Solid car, great in rain and snow. Thoroughly enjoy this car

Overall very capable vehicle. 3.2L with 4wd/factory trailer tow. Silly things show up like the service 4wd light that comes/goes and radio/controller that resets after replacement. Solid car with a good pedigree.

My Honda was getting old and I was looking to switch things up with the new 2017 Maxima. I went online and made an arrangement to test drive the Maxima with Colin. the car is largest enough to haul baseball equipment around, yet easy parking and handling. i like the interior and the room. the seats are very comfortable

We found a vehicle online and visited the dealership to check it out. The salesperson was very helpful and allowed us to negotiate a fair price on the trade-in and car in which we were interested. One hint though: if you use the online method make sure you read the fine print on the price listed.

I bought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4WD in January 2017 as a slightly water damaged vehicle with 18000 miles on it and have been pleasantly surprised at how reliable it's been! It's now at 66,000 miles and still working perfect in any kind of weather. Decent gas mileage, hauls anything I've put in it, gone from PA to Florida twice, Tennessee 3 times, and Myrtle Beach twice. I paid 10800 bucks for it in 2017 and I figure after 6 years of use and multiple trips ~ it's paid for itself already. The key is keeping proper maintenance!

Yes, incredible. It is not often I experience something incredible. I did at Don Wood CDJR. In fact, my fist experience in October was such a positive experience I was motivated to purchase a second car from them a few months later. For me, customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during and after they buy. BEFORE: Their website is easy to maneuver and up to date with inventory. This is a little lol because I didn't find what I wanted in their inventory and decided to make a custom order from them. DURING: While at the dealership everyone I encountered made my time there an easy and enjoyable experience. I'd describe them as professional and knowledgeable. Good listeners. AFTER: Many companies forget you, not the peeps at Don Wood. The followup care and support continued in a way that made me an absolute believer that their culture in wanting a happy customer is truly far reaching and genuine. They reached out to me just to make sure I didn't have any post purchase questions about the car or they many options I ordered with my new vehicle. I have not had dealings with their Service Department, however, I did pass a couple technicians in the halls etc. Each one made eye contact with me and each one said "hello". Unhappy or disgruntled associates do not do this. In summary, Yes Yes and YES - I drove from New Albany to buy my 2 vehicles here. My first was a Jeep in November and today a RAM 1500 diesel. With my highest recommendation I say YES I give Don Wood CDJR my gratitude and thanks. I am huge fan of their product. IMO their product isn't the cars and trucks they represent/sell, it is the humanity with which they do business and the genuine person to person interaction. It is meaningful. I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

Buying a car is a big deal - it requires an investment of time and of course money. This can be a stressful experience, but I will say that my recent experience at this dealership was 5 star! Dino was great to work with, and he was training a new guy, Garret, who was also great to work with. No high pressure, very helpful and knowledgeable. I certainly recommend these guys!

Great gas mileage an very comfortable car. Love the different gears to shift to for us snow. Very reliable only thing for service oil changes

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Dameon was a pleasure to deal with. Even though they were extremely busy, there were little delays in the process and I got the car I was looking for. I will deal with Dameon again in the future and refer people I know to him.

I purchased my Jeep Cherokee in 2015; still going strong. I am up to 133, 000 miles. It is a great car, not alot of issue and handles the road well. I will keep it a while longer.

I have a red 2017 Jeep Cherokee that I bought used, and I love it. I live in the blue ridge mountains of Virginia and this car has been able to deal with everything i've thrown at it. Deep snow, muddy trails, icy roads... You name it. I have the V6 and I can hook up a heavy uHaul trailer and go up and down all the mountains with it. My wife even hit a deer in this car... It obviously had to go to the repair shop, but my wife was safe. The only thing that bothers me a little is that you can't slam on the brakes and throw it in reverse... You need to stop completely, take two seconds and then put it in reverse.

Big thank you to the service department at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet! I was in Columbus traveling 500 miles from home when the tire pressure light on my 2018 Silverado came on with a zero pressure indicator. The guys in service were empathetic to my situation and immediately started inspecting the tires and checking the sensors. Turns out the tires were fine. One of the sensors had gone bad. I had peace of mind to drive home eastern PA. I asked what I owed and was told no charge, glad they could help. Thanks again.

The Jeep Cherokee is engineered for lasting a long time, my last Jeep had about 200,000 miles on it. Performance is dismal at times, when you need power wait a while. The gas mileage and ride, and the fact that it powers through snow do make it great for the Nevada winter.

Great SUV...BOUGHT in 2017...good on gas penalty of zip with V6 engine. The start stop stop working last year and found out why.I needed a new battery as went dead this year...now start stop feature works 100 percent. Have low milage 30000 miles or 50000 kms here in Canada. .

I have owned this car since 2015. I bought it new and I love it. I never had an SUV until I bought this one. My husband owns a Wrangler and a Grand Cherokee. This vehicle handles well, it feels nimble and quick. The interior is nice. I finally had to fix a part which I guess is common on these. It was an overflow oil part, but I can't complain. I drive a lot for work through snow and bad weather in New England. I have driven in this to Vermont, Maine, NH, NY and Massachusetts. I live in RI. I now have around 105K and I think my next vehicle will be this same model. I really enjoy driving my Cherokee Trailhawk.
