Was a very efficient process, everyone seemed nice and I felt I didn't have much to worry about. Had a concern with vehicle's battery - they replaced it and allowed me to get it inspected at their Honda dealership, just to make sure everything was in place. 2 months in so far and no car troubles - I'd recommend this dealership to anyone in the area.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Very pleasant auto buying experience. Great people to talk with and fair in their negotiations. I pointed out a scrape on the vehicle and they made a fair adjustment. It was the perfect buying experience … until I woke up this morning. I went out to wash the bugs off from driving home the night before and found several breaks and cracks in the grill and fender that I didn’t notice when I bought it the night before. They of course didn’t point them out to me. All I can say is, “Shame on me,”. My responsibility for not looking it over more closely. My bad not them. Buyers Beware! Look over every inch, twice. Everything is made of plastic these days.

I have only been living in Chattanooga 3 months and scheduled my older Fusion for an overdue recall, or two. Fred impressed me, and from a mild interest in a newer, faster Fusion, I asked him to introduce me to one of the sales staff. Greg was very easygoing and we had a great time talking cars and other things. A short while later, Kris and I were finishing paperwork on a 325hp Fusion Sport. Oorah! Great overall experience.

We purchased a 2024 Ram 1500 Longhorn and have had issues with the Uconnect system. I?ve had it to two other dealers closer to us, but decided to take it back to dealer. Paul from service knew exactly what had to be done. After 3 trip they finally figured it out. This team will work hard to find the problem and repair it. I was blown off by two other dodge dealers, because they didn?t want to get their hands dirty. We have a 2024 Jeep Wranger which had an oil leak. We took that back to the NC dealer and they said it was spilt oil from an oil change. Again, they didn?t want to get dirty. Again, Paul from Service took the jeep in and his team found a leak in the timing chain cover. That took a lot of work to repair. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. With Paul in the service department and his team; you can?t go wrong

Battery terminal kept corroding so took our car in. They took care of the terminal and replaced the battery. Eddie handled everything great. I’m always treated like family at Maus Nissan.

Man I came in struggling today been trying to get outta my gas guzzling truck and in a car and Calvin the car man got me to trade in my truck and put me in a new 2024 Nissan Sentra for a lower monthly payment then the truck I was in I’m very thank for for running in to him today I’ll give him a 5 star rating any day of the week
