We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. The service met what i needed. I was able to ensure that the price of the repairs that were needed were affordable and correct. I just wish some of the future repairs that are needed are more affordable and could be more explained by the customer service representative like the previous rep that I had at the previous visit. Overall, the facility was very clean and i was able to meet with one of the car/service representative. I was able to meet with a car dealer who was very friendly and ensure that I had his contact information, in the event I plan or may want to purchase a new vehicle in the near future, which i plan too.

All MotorWorld personnel, especially Ken Hoats in Sales, and Laura Muzzy, Business Mgr, were very knowledgeable, cooperative, helpful, and spontaneous to reply to all of my questions during the whole process of purchasing my new Lexus LC500.

People were very nice service was great, however they refuse to budge in their pricing so expect to pay what they ask.

Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. She genuinely cared and was committed to meeting our needs and we feel much better knowing what is financially attainable and practical. Past experiences with other car dealerships for me have not been good and none come close to the great service she provided. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available. I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

My experience overall was pretty good. I knew what I wanted before I arrived and Kaseem our salesman assisted us with making that happen. The process was seamless. There was one hiccup but I do understand that it is difficult to completely understand the complexities of assisting an Active Duty Service member to ensure the details are all on order, but overall everything was figured out in the end. Also over the next few Kaseem called and made sure I didn't have any issues and that he answered any other questions or concerns I may have had.
