We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! Great showroom. Friendly, no pushy sales feeling. Ken, the service manager, took good care of me because a sales person wasn't available. Then Seth, who was there on his day off, did a great job at assessing the situation and asked if I'd like him to help me. Probably the easiest sale of his career, but hey! He was great. I wanted quick in / out service and I got it. I really got what I wanted and more! FANTASTIC service program. Really sealed the deal.
