We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Will my salesman was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I was not an easy sale but he never got frustrated or irritated with me always answered my texts or phone calls right away and he and the manager were willing to work with me on my trade in.

My salesman Willy was absolutely wonderful as was everyone else involved with the sale Only problem was the vehicle was not available in my bright red color but I was offered another type of jeep that comes in that red and even another care but I stuck with the Compass It is red just not the bright red

Spencer S, was incredible to work with! He worked really hard to find the best truck for me. I had a budget to work with and we spent about 4 hours looking up till we found one that night. It was located at a different dealer and he had it delivered to Owatonna the next day to test drive. "Nailed it" Blue!!!

Dealership a little slow on responding to a meeting although the personnel were very personable when we met. I just wish they had pointed out that the car did not have adaptive cruise control or heads up display which evidently came with the upgraded version.

I have driven Acura's for years and this is my first Hyundai. The service at Matthews Hyundai in Greece is far superior (thanks TODD!!) to all my experiences with my Acura's. My next vehicle will DEFINITELY be from Matthews Hyundai in Greece---------because of the service department!!.

Very pleasant auto buying experience. Great people to talk with and fair in their negotiations. I pointed out a scrape on the vehicle and they made a fair adjustment. It was the perfect buying experience … until I woke up this morning. I went out to wash the bugs off from driving home the night before and found several breaks and cracks in the grill and fender that I didn’t notice when I bought it the night before. They of course didn’t point them out to me. All I can say is, “Shame on me,”. My responsibility for not looking it over more closely. My bad not them. Buyers Beware! Look over every inch, twice. Everything is made of plastic these days.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!
