New and used 2025 Jeep Compass Latitude for sale near Lighthouse Point, FL

Sales great team but services department really really bad don’t have costumer service management, rude , managers don’t have a clue of what costumer service is

I can't thank everyone at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep. They've been pretty incredible since I purchased my minivan three years ago up until today. I get my car serviced there all the time! Every three months like clockwork the express lanes take care of my oil change (within 20 min!!!), and when needed (only once) the service dept. right next door is wonderful and helps you with anything your car needs right away. I must say, it does pay off to be an early bird. I love being there before opening time (7 AM) and get everything done right away.

Had a great experience at Arrigo. Nestor Diaz was great, he worked with us to get us the perfect car at the perfect price. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I cant recommend him enough! The manager Mr. Izzo and the financing personnel were fantastic as well . Overall a 10 out of 10 experience! Thank you

It was a pleasant shopping experience at Miami lakes Kia It was a team effort but especially want to give a shot out to Daniela Baez, she was a sales person a true professional in every way made the whole process very easy to understand and she was very patient with me. This Friday, Jun 23, My wife and I had a great experience with Micheal Domenech (salesperson) at Arrigo Dodge in Margate. We were not expecting to drive out with a new vehicle that day, but Micheal did just that! He was very professional and knowledgeable and kind. Everything happened real fast including my trade in, very professional, thanks Micheal.

I'd like to thank Hollywood Chrysler Jeep, specifically Jeff Issner service adviser. I took my car in and had recall repairs done and I'm able to say the car runs like a dream. I've been dealing with Hollywood Chrysler Jeep for 7 years and my experiences have been good. I must also say that salesman Leslie Gray was very helpful when a bought a new car a year ago(there was no BS). I was able to find what I liked, afford what I found, and to this day I haven't had any problems other than recall issues.

I brought the car in and it immediately was placed in line. Mateo Orosco was very helpful. As a general comment, I wish I had a better comprehensive explanation of what happened to the part to be replaced. I am still not sure if it was a problem from the manufacturer or from incidents that took place while driving. It is concerning that a manufacturing defect was not covered by the company. In general, I am relieved that the problem has been taken care of and that the service was effective and professional.
