New and used 2025 Jeep Compass Latitude for sale near University Park, MD

I had an oil change and tire rotation done. When I left the shop, I heard a loud knocking noise from the front wheel and had to take my truck back immediately. It was fixed and I was told that the tire balance was off. I believe it should be best practice to test drive all vehicles after any work is done to prevent the inconvenience of customers having to bring their vehicle back. I use to get my car serviced at this shop years ago and stopped because I had such a bad experience with my truck repairs. I have decided to give you?ll another chance and hope that things have gotten better. I will let this one slide for now. I am scheduled to have repairs done next week and I am expecting perfection. Please do not let me down. I would prefer to support my local Jeep service, but will not hesitate to patronize another facility if I feel that I am not getting the quality service I deserve here.

Had an excellent experience with a somewhat-complicated deal, and couldn’t have gotten it done without Saad Ismail and Vinny Choi. They even wrapped it up in less time than expected, at a lower payment than I was originally offered. Great birthday gift! Definitely recommend Farrish Jeep for both Sales and Service.

We went to another dealer and were treated badly, so we left . We went to Fred Frederick in Laurel and found what we were looking for. We were very happy with the way they treated us.

Service Manager was excellent at communicating status with me. He kept me up to date with regular calls and helped me solve the issue I was having.

Overall have been satisfied with Safford. Only minor complaints… like recently went for a simple tire rotation…nothing else… not even balancing and was surprised to find an additional charge of 10.00 for shop supplies and hazardous waste materials disposal. Not sure what shop supplies were needed or what hazardous waste needed to be disposed of from simply rotating the tires.

Every person worked as part of an effective team that were excited to get me what I wanted and worked diligently to meet my goal. I bought a new vehicle. I drive it home and recommended the dealership to my best friend and on the next day she went to them and now we both have new vehicles. Great team!!!

Just bought a Chevrolet SSR retro pick up in the used truck dept. Couldn't be more pleased with this dealership from the sales rep to the manager. After looking for the SSR for at least 2 years, this one definitely was best overall condition and the deal was the best. BTW: they don't jack up the Internet pricing, and do follow up phone calls My rating for them is A

Great to work with Spence and Tony while purchasing my wife's new VW Golf. I was a little stressed having my two young kids with me, but they were more than accommodating and understanding. Spence is on top of his game and knows VWs inside and out; super professional and approachable. Tony was the sales manager and was able to make the buying experience quite comfortable. Toss any preconcieved notions of "typical" salesman tactics, this man wants you to leave satisfied. We came in already knowing exactly which car we wanted, so perhaps that added to the ease of the transaction. I have no doubt that even an uncertain buyer would have a great experience as well.

I was deeply impressed with the lack of pressure, we felt throughout this entire process. From calling to set up a test drive, to signing the papers. Our Sales person Jeffery was so helpful. He had the car up front and ready to go when we arrived. They were willing to let me hold the car until my husband could come back with me to test drive and were so helpful. We were nervous about the dreaded "Used Car Haggling and there was none of that. They allowed us to have an outside mechanic check out the car before we purchased. We left feeling that we were getting an amazing car, for a great price and were extremely happy and impressed by the entire process. Jeffery was our Sales, Barry was the Manager who also worked with us, and Carlos was our finance person. Really impressive team all around, highly recommend them for any car buying needs.

Brian has been my Service Advisor from day one. He has old school manners that are demonstrated to new/old customers. He presents well, is honest, and knowledgeable. I had a good experience at Safford Chrysler in Springfield VA when I went to buy my Toyota Prius. Asad, the young car sales man was very nice, helpful and patient. He answered my questions and he didn’t hesitate to ask his boss about any thing that he could not answer himself. I would recommend this car dealer to my friends.

We bought a 2022 Toyota Highlander and we’re very pleased by the overall experience. We felt we got a good trade-in for our car and a good price on the new-to-us car. Purchased my first brand-new vehicle in 10 years here in late January because the ones I had were junk. I am a former auto salesman and have owned quite a few cars over the years, so I went in expecting the late winter sales pitch. I was also expecting to be shoehorned into a vehicle I know I wouldn't be happy with and a price I would regret paying. I had my target vehicles - both realistic and extremely hopeful. I met the salesman - Carlos - out in the lot and while looking around, I explained what I wanted - and what I didn't want. I was shown several options and took a few test drives before settling on the one that had the most features I desired. Now it was down to price. Suffice it to say, I didn't pay close to MSRP - no lie - and it was all using their dealer discounts and FCA incentives. In the end, I purchased my uniquely colored 2020 Cherokee 4X4 and am extremely satisfied with its looks, ride, options and capabilities. Only regret is getting the base engine. Yes, it was the least expensive of the engine options and it gets reasonable gas mileage for a 4wd rig, but it doesn't feel right to me.

I was recently in the market for a low mileage used car and ran across their website. They had a large selection of vehicles in my price range with the equipment I desired. I called and spoke to Susan Thrift about the car I wanted and she was very helpful. They handled the whole process painlessly and I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re looking for an easy buying experience that’s actually fun, call and ask for Susan. She’s easy to deal with and also quite funny.

My sales person Dylan was Phenomenal! This dealership is amazing from my sales person Dylan to the Sales manager Michael(Mike) to the Finance manager Tim, they were very patient with me and I would totally come back to buy a vehicle from this dealership they beat the interest rate that Navy Fed gave me and the overall purchase was amazing! They treated me like a family member and Dylan greeted me he ensured me that he would do everything to make my buying experience AMAZING AND FUN!

Safford Jeep service department always exceeds my expectations with efficient, expert service, and friendly, courteous treatment. Most of my satisfaction comes from the efforts of my service advisor Alex Alvarado. It's nice to be greeted by someone who knows you, and your vehicles. I ordered a 2024 Jeep through Mitch via email. The order process was seamless. Throughout the order waiting period, Mitch was very responsive every time I had a related inquiry. Once the Jeep arrived at the dealership, he notified me asap and I was able to pick it up a couple of days later. I highly recommend Mitch for a car purchase.

We decided to purchase a couple of Jeeps. Ourisman was the only place that had the model we wanted so I decided to make the trip from NM. I thought is was a crazy idea but with the pandemic going on it seemed fitting to do something crazy. I had pleasant experience. So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.
