You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!

An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. Miller Motors and Mike A. did a fantastic job finding me exactly what i needed when my 2012 F150 was starting to show signs of it's age at 209,000 miles and 13 years old. There just happened to be a "new used" 3500 miles on the clock 2024 Ranger that was marked down very reasonably. Initially I was there for a maverick but upgrading to the Ranger with so few miles on it with the factory warranties intact was definitely the right move and I can't thank Mike A. enough for his knowledge in the industry and getting a very amicable deal done.
