I bought my first dealership car this month from sales associate Alex. I was nervous entering the process but Alex made it as quick and easy as possible. We found a certified pre owned Ram 1500 that I absolutely fell in love with. Once we landed on a vehicle the sales process from front to back was very professional and I feel I got a great price on the truck. The finance manager was very easy to work with as well and explained all of the warranty options I had available to me without making me feel overly pressured. There were a few minor items that needed to be addressed on the truck after taking delivery. The GM Eric personally took the time to ensure me they would be addressed and handled appropriately. I went in just to look at Jeep options and ended up trading in my 2 vehicles and driving out a brand-new Jeep Wrangler Willys. Joseph Alcantar took care of me .. very professional and knowledgeable about Jeeps and options, he even helped me 'ferry' one of the vehicles I was trading in. I had some after-market parts installed and the parts people were excellent to work with as was Joel Schwerd in the service department. Everybody there was friendly and easy to work with, I'd highly recommend them and I will be returning there for any service I need or (maybe) another Jeep in the future!
