New and used 2025 Jeep Compass for sale near Laurel, MD

I was deeply impressed with the lack of pressure, we felt throughout this entire process. From calling to set up a test drive, to signing the papers. Our Sales person Jeffery was so helpful. He had the car up front and ready to go when we arrived. They were willing to let me hold the car until my husband could come back with me to test drive and were so helpful. We were nervous about the dreaded "Used Car Haggling and there was none of that. They allowed us to have an outside mechanic check out the car before we purchased. We left feeling that we were getting an amazing car, for a great price and were extremely happy and impressed by the entire process. Jeffery was our Sales, Barry was the Manager who also worked with us, and Carlos was our finance person. Really impressive team all around, highly recommend them for any car buying needs.

This is a great vehicle for the money. Strong engine, and getting over 30 mpg. Comfortable, and with Jeep capability. Very happy with our choice.

Brian has been my Service Advisor from day one. He has old school manners that are demonstrated to new/old customers. He presents well, is honest, and knowledgeable. His professionalism is cross platform. And, if you are just getting scheduled maintenance or having issues, his temperament is scalable to the situation. He gives his all to make your day better. I am writing a review of this dealership based on my experience dated 02/15/ 2025. I purchased a 2025 pacific on Saturday. I had been in contact with the salesman Taz and several manager over the phone and e mail in hopes of making my time at the dealership as quick as possible. even though I had prearrange before I got there as much as possible, I had selected the vehicle and verified that it was there and told them what type of transaction, I arrived early at 10:30 am in hopes of leaving before the weather turned bad. I asked several time that I wanted to leave soon, but I could not leave until 5:30 in the evening when it was pouring down rain. My best experience was with The salesperson, Taz who assisted me every step of the way as much as he could. He is a true credit to the dealership and I really appreciated his help along the way as I am an elderly disabled vet. He made sure that my vehicle was prepped and transfer of my equipment was done WAJ

Recently purchased a vehicle through Nabil in sales. He was great to deal with. No pressure and explained the different options for purchasing the vehicle. He also took his time showing me the vehicle without making the process seem hurried. I came back a couple of times before deciding and each time he was courteous and patient. In finance, I dealt with Noah who was equally outstanding and professional. He went over various financing options with me and explained to me the pros and cons of each, leaving the ultimate decision to me. I’m happy with my purchase from Koons and their courteous and professional staff.

Had a great experience working with salesman Jonathan Molina and the finance team. Koons offered the best price and made sure I received a competitive rate. They also didn’t add in any ridiculous fees (I explicitly said no maintenance package at the beginning and they respected that).

We purchased our new Dodge Durango from Koons Tysons CDJR in April. The Sales Manager, Tony Screnci, was instrumental in coordinating the sale of this vehicle. He was very responsive and transparent when answering all of our questions via email and made the sales process go smoothly. He even ensured all paperwork was in order prior to our visiting the dealership. Marc Tranen was our Product Specialist. He, too, was excellent in responding to our emails and furnished information in a timely manner. Unlike sales staff at other dealerships, he never pressured us into making a decision. On the day we signed the contract, he checked with staff throughout the process to see how things were progressing and kept us informed. He spent time demonstrating all the electronic features of the vehicle and even synced our phones in the car's system. He was very easy to communicate with and made us feel comfortable. He gave us his business card and encouraged us to contact him if we had further questions. This is a great dealership and we would defintely consider buying another vehicle from them!!

We bought a 2022 Toyota Highlander and we’re very pleased by the overall experience. We felt we got a good trade-in for our car and a good price on the new-to-us car. Our salesman was Sultan Mansoor and he was helpful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend this dealership based on our experience!

The Service man was pleasant and he worked with me to get my repair done quickly and accurately.

Oil change went well, tire tread too low to rotate. Brakes were done by lunch.

I am writing this as a review update I am unable to delete or edit my previous review. The dealership reached out to me after I voiced my concerns and opinions about the way I was treated. They also elaborated how they aren't directly associated with Chrysler Capital since majority of my frustration came from my experience and lack of follow up. They have helped me get into a rental car while they're fixing my jeep. Stan and Jess made me fee like my opinions matter and that they valued me as a customer.

My experience at Ourisman Dealership was very pleasant. I had an awesome advisor named James Umpleby, he kept me updated and communication was very good. The entire staff was courteous while I waited in the sitting area and they even washed my car, free of charge the day I came to pick it up!

I told my sales rep, Gerard "Cowboy" King I was going to send an email to his manager saying what a good job he did and how professional and friendly he was. But I think it would be better to post a review so everyone could see. My wife and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica PHEV this week. During the sale, we had a bit of a wait because another customer was in the finance office. Cowboy just talked to us like we were old friends. It was nice to meet someone in sales that actually likes their job and seems to enjoy working with the public. Overall I would say this was a positive experience, even after we got a flat tire on our brand new never driven van and had to take a loaner home for a day! After the purchase, we were unsure about how to claim the federal tax credit. Cowboy was instantly messaging us back, connecting us to the right people, emailing us forms, it was great to get such outstanding customer service. He sure knows a lot about these hybrid vans! I am very happy with the van and with the tax credit I think I got a great deal.
