Chris FaceTimed me to show me more of the RAM 1500 I bought. He answered any questions I had and since I wasn’t familiar with buying a vehicle out of state and I was nervous something would go wrong after driving 8 hours i had a lot of questions. I really like how fast and efficient they are but some of the work I paid for didn’t get done I went in for a check engine light and a reduced engine problem they couldn’t reproduce the reduced power problem which is understandable cuz it only happened on certain circumstances but turns out I had more than one code for the check engine light they fixed the main one but the fog light circuit high didn’t not get fixed and now I have no fog lights on my jeep the service adviser said they fix them all and I paid to have them all fixed and didn’t get them fixed
