Have taken several vehicles to BCP for service, They have always been friendly and taken time to understand my concerns. They seem very busy , but have always listened to my issues, some places put "you" on hold while they answer a call. I like the personal attention while there. Have never had any complaints with them, always professional. Great staff .. Stew and Will are very good

I just felt like I was given a good deal, met pretty much all my expectations. I didn?t feel rushed. I was able to trade in my 2019 even though it needed some work. Customer service was great. Sales rep appeared knowledgeable. The floor supervisor that sits in the front was really great and helped us out. The whole team was great and trust Means lot in the buying process, so I didn?t feel rushed or anything. Overall pretty good experience.

Car was under warranty , they provided the free rental and kept us in the loop of what was going on. They really do treat you as family and care about their customers. They did a great job repairing and getting my truck fixed the only thing is I did ask them to look at a few two things and neither one of them were looked at or repaired so I have to call back again and drop my truck off again because it?s electrical so it?s covered under my warranty
