We had a very pleasant experience while purchasing our vehicle this weekend. Everyone was extremely helpful, from Shelley L. in the front office, Brandon C. with finance, and Mike Sobczak, our salesperson. He was very thorough in his walkthrough making sure we knew how to use all of the vehicles features before driving away. It was an overall smooth transaction and we will definitely purchase from Miller Motors in the future.

The sales team did a good job, Dan did a great job showing us vehicles and was knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to find us a vehicle from another dealer after the car we selected was sold the same day. The unpleasant part was working with the finance guy, who overall seemed like a nice guy, but was unrelenting, almost obnoxious on pushing for the service contracts, after multiple "no's". My wife and I were being patient and considerate, but it did leave a bad taste, on what was a pretty positive experience. Ashley was also very helpful and prompt communicating and Justin was always proffesional. We would return, but not put up with the stuff outlined above.

Dustin the service advisor was really helpful - took care of my issue with my keep grand Cherokee. Even though it was really busy, still was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. Definitely recommend this dealership/service hub.

Okay so we all know how daunting Dealership’s can be. Willow puts this to ease. I had stopped in and was checking out the new Gladiator’s when Willow approached me, we had a brief intro and she asked what brought me in. To which I told her I was just browsing and she respected that immediately, let me know if I needed anything to just let her know. Already I felt relaxed and no pressure. Fast forward to my dream pestering, I came in and looked to test drive. Worked with Willow to make that happen with my Wife and I and away we went. Whole ride went super well and talks after the same. I really liked this new Gladiator so we talked numbers. Willow made it super comfortable, super easy to talk to and no pressure at all to get this done. Austyn came into the picture and although a bit more firm to start, settled right in with Willow’s already matched energy. Going through the process and electing to buy, Willow gave my wife and I plently of privacy to talk things over as we looked to proceed. Austyn, Willow and I were able to professionally come together as humans (not as a $ sign or cash grab to make a sale) and I drove away in my brand new dream Gladiator. Enter Dannica into the picture going through paperwork and my god, the energy just kept vibin. Dannica made everything so smooth, super simple, explained any questions and was so down to Earth. Overall, I had gone into this scared because again, we all have the horror stories but NOT HERE!! 11/10 recommend working with all 3 here and you will be livin the life!! Thank you!!!

Very pleasant auto buying experience. Great people to talk with and fair in their negotiations. I pointed out a scrape on the vehicle and they made a fair adjustment. It was the perfect buying experience … until I woke up this morning. I went out to wash the bugs off from driving home the night before and found several breaks and cracks in the grill and fender that I didn’t notice when I bought it the night before. They of course didn’t point them out to me. All I can say is, “Shame on me,”. My responsibility for not looking it over more closely. My bad not them. Buyers Beware! Look over every inch, twice. Everything is made of plastic these days.

He was extremely patient with us and gave us honest answers to our questions. Everyone we met at the dealership was genuinely appreciative of us as potential customers. The part i really appreciated about it was the fact that of the fine gentleman i worked with, Tim, Matt and Teddy, they understood that the 1 truck they had on the lot I liked but had one feature that I did not want to have on a truck I would buy for the future. I had said feature, Ramboxes, on the truck I traded and I think they was a great creation by Ram. I like the Ramboxes and the way they create extra storage on the outside of the truck for ease of access. However with my current and expanding family situation, I was going to need a standard bed. After I explained this to all 3 of them, they were polite and receptive of my request and worked hard to find a truck they could do a truck for truck swap that was on my wheelhouse of options. They were able to accomplish just that and I am very appreciative as the truck I purchased will hopefully be a lifelong vehicle turned into a collector's item since it is a special edition truck.

I own a 2013 dodge avenger took it in for service and found out I had to buy a new battery and other parts. I always use this dealership they do good work and I would recommend them to family and friends.
