When I arrived 30mins late my car was taken immediately I was seen by Alex Veras in the service department he told me it would be an hour for my car to be ready. Came back in an hour my car was ready and Alex told me there was a problem with my tire and they fixed it with no problems for me Because he always focus on breaks and tires is something he takes seriously. Alex was a great help for me today and always make sure my car is good for when I get back on the road. Jonathan Martinez was GREAT!!! I explained my needs to him. I did not want anything too big. I have been in a Nissan for 13 yrs. Found my 2020 Ram at Bill Volz thanks to Cars.com. I was able to shop to find the RAM I wanted, focusing on a 3.92 Rear Axle. I was able to view the original window sticker for the car. Sales pitch was low pressure, not loke the other dealers I visited in my hunt. Bill Volz has been around for a long time, suspect they will remain in business for years to come.
