You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from Miller Motors, Burlington, WI. We found the personnel very friendly and willing to help in all aspects. Our personal salesman, Jacob "Jake" Weidert, was very knowledgeable about all the electronic and mechanical operations of the Grand Cherokee Jeep. Jake was very willing to take time with us so that we understood all the options available to us in purchasing this particular vehicle. Gabe Crump was very help full today at the lot. We drove into the lot and with in seconds of looking around Gabe was able to show us some cars that suited my interests. While doing so we were able to take a look at all the cars on the lot and find the right one for me. An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour.
