2/27/2025 Service Visit Excellent visit with great service. Service department called me to discuss waiting time prior to my departure. I was greeted and treated extremely well during visit. I waited in their service department lounge. Wait time was as discussed. Miguel the service agent kept me informed of progress, discussed the service performed, confirmed what services were due in the future. Asked me if I wanted car wash and got that done quickly. I am very fond of the dealership even after it changed hands from previous ownership. Great job by IG Burton. I will keep bringing my 2022 Outback here for service, where I purchased the vehicle, even though it is further than the dealership near me. I also stopped into the customer service department to ask a question about my Subaru application and was happy with the friendly agent and the time spent answering my question.

Victor, our salesman, was so helpful and knowledgeable. Very responsive too. The sale was quick and seamless. One of my best experiences buying a car!

I was very please with my car buying experience at this dealership. I want to commend the crew (from sales and up) for being very helpful, and helping me get a great car that is actually beyond what I was expecting to purchase with my budget. Very friendly as well. Had my Challenger in for maintenance with Chuck. Top shelf Mechanic. Cares about what he does for you. Glad to see him every six months. Ken works in service and is a great guy. Very polite and understanding. He goes out of his way to make you comfortable. Great service all around.

The salesman showed me directly to the car I wanted to see. He was knowledgeable about the pre-owned vehicle and dealerships purchasing process which made me feel like I was in the right place. The business manager found me a better deal than I found myself and the dealership took care of the few cosmetic problems I had addressed.

I have a 2013 Ram pickup that I bought new with a Max Care warranty and recently the engine light came on, not blinking,, I took it into Pettus Ram and dealt with Josie who is great. After replacing thermostat my light came back on after a few miles of driving. I took it back in and they were so fantastic and understanding. They wanted my truck for a few more days and my extended warranty covered the cost of a loaner car which they provided me with a Dodge Hornet, nice little car to drive, anyways Josie and Melissa were so caring , kept me informed and after driving it for a week my truck is running smoothly and no engine light is on. Just wanted to share my experience with everyone that worked on my truck including the mechanic, don’t know his name, but they all were so great and made it such a good experience. My truck is old but I love driving it and am so glad I had the extended warranty which saved me thousands of dollars and the dealership with its cooperation made it a pleasant experience. Thank you Josie and Melissa for always wearing that big smile and being so helpful. Thank you Pettus dealership for having a great crew of people !!
