Needed brake pads checked. Appt made 1 day in advance due to need. After their staff drove and inspected my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland it was determined new brake pads and rotors were needed. Job was completed the same day and in a professional manner. Gave a 3 for customer service only because I was texted a number that I was supposed to be able to reach out to while I waited but when I did to get a status update I never received a response. Just notified when my car was ready. Waiting area was clean and roomy, restrooms were clean as well. There is a charging station available but you?ll need to bring your own cord. Fresh donuts and coffee were available in addition to a vending machine. Overall a solid 4!

Needed Tires for our Jeep. Kraig shows me multiple options. He was a great help and took care of us! Very fair on price and installation was quick.

Before I visited Melton, I truly hated the process of car buying. This was mainly been because of my experience with typical car salesmen. I was tired of being disrespected because I couldn't afford a brand new car. MELTON CHANGED THAT! I was treated like a valued customer even though I was probably buying the cheapest vehicle in their lot. They did everything possible to make my deal happen and to treat me fair, kind, and with respect. Jacob was excellent. Kept me updated throughout the repair..I would definitely use him and this place again. Only negative is no loaner car while your car is getting service but I believe that is a jeep thing not just this dealership. Overall, very happy with the experience..

Don?t remember getting the lady?s name at the desk but was very helpful if showed me where my car was parked after the service!! Love how the mechanics go the extra step to make sure everything is good as well not just the the service they provide and and give recommendations for further needed repairs!!

Frank took care of everything. The service took a bit longer than expected but Frank was on top of the communications and updates. I could tell my car drove better as soon as I left the lot.
