Outstanding service. Keene treats you like a long-time valued client even when you have not purchased anything from them. It is hard to believe that the service could improve after purchasing a vehicle, but it did! Then you became like a member of the family. Their patience in answering questions is unparalleled. Recently, I went to Heritage CDJR in Owings Mills and it was awesome, mostly because of Nick Kam, my sales guy. Nick was super friendly and made everything easy to understand. No hard sells or confusing talk. He really listened to what I needed and helped me out a lot. The place was welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. Nick was patient and always had a smile, even when I asked a bunch of questions. I never felt pushed to buy something I didn't want. It was like having a friend who knows a ton about cars help me shop. I left with a great car and a sweet deal, all thanks to Nick. If you go there, ask for him. He's great!

We bought our truck at Thorton and have had nothing but great experiences. Starting with the sales department to the service department. Everyone is very professional and always keep you informed of what is happening while in service. I am writing this as a review update I am unable to delete or edit my previous review. The dealership reached out to me after I voiced my concerns and opinions about the way I was treated. They also elaborated how they aren't directly associated with Chrysler Capital since majority of my frustration came from my experience and lack of follow up. They have helped me get into a rental car while they're fixing my jeep. Stan and Jess made me fee like my opinions matter and that they valued me as a customer.
