Was having trouble with my Jeep Wrangler that required extensive trips to the service dept. I can honestly say that Kayla Brazil made what could have been a "nightmare" into a pleasant experience! She single handedly restored my faith in customer service @ an automotive dealership!!! Easy top notch experience from start to finish. I had a vehicle in mind upon arrival. After looking at the vehicle on the lot I was introduced to Lou Carvalho. Lou was great to work with when trying to finalize the deal. The process of negotiating the deal from start to finish was handled with professionalism and extremely easy to work with in getting the deal done. Once we agreed upon the deal I was brought over to the finance department and met Waseem who also was exceptional to work with and did his best to find the best financials to get the deal done. Repeat customer who bought my 2nd Jeep Wrangler from this dealership on Presidents Day Weekend. I am a tough customer, and took two days to comparison shop versus Jeep dealerships in Newton, Danvers, Providence and Warwick RI. At the end of the day, Central Chrysler Jeep earned my business with the best price. Note: specifically ask for Salesman Phap Tran, who was very knowledgeable and did his homework on other options that I was considering from competing dealerships. Best of all: no smarmy sell jobs, just pleasant negotiations backed up by facts. Highly recommend. Only down side: lots of staff with masks on--but wearing them underneath their noses, only disappointing aspect.

If you are looking for a friendly face, laid-back guy who knows a lot but doesn't talk over your head, see Bola. He was my sales consultant. He took the time to find a vehicle that would suit me perfectly. I went in thinking I would end up with a Jeep Cherokee and left with a Jeep Wrangler. At pick up, he took the time to pair my phone and go over the entire Jeep, down to every last button. The sales manager, Holden, was fantastic, working with me to make sure my vehicle was affordable. Gio, who is in finance, was excellent at his job. He was thorough and to the point. I will go back in the future! 110%!

I am almost 62 and this car buying experience was the best one by far! Everyone at the dealer including Flori and Steven were friendly, professional, and helpful. I would travel the 1.5 hours there again without a second thought.

Great experience buying my pre-owned Ram 1500 Laramie. From Sales to finance to delivery there was no pressure whatsoever so ever.
