I recently wrote an honest review regarding our negative experience. Within a day of the review a manager of the dealership called and said they wanted to repair the problem. They did end up repairing at no cost to us and also gave us another truck to drive while they had ours. The door and door locks now work perfectly and we appreciate their effort to make it right. I was unable to remove or edit my previous review, so wanted to be sure to leave another to share that they did end up correcting the problem. We are pleased.

There are moments in our lives, intuitively, where heart felt feelings lead you to exactly the right person. There is not a second or third place back up for her if she is not available. You either wait or reschedule with her. This lovely person is Julie at Haasz Automall in Ravenna Ohio. Why would I go back to her? Well, just to say Hi and thank you again. And of course for all of my vehicle purchases. She is like your best friend before you know it and a person you could talk to for hours and in my case buying my dream car. Her profession is to show, educate and. make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. More important, she really wanted to know about me and why my purchase was a dream come true. She built a genuine friendship that day. Wouldn’t anyone want to buy from a trusted friend rather than a stranger trying to meet some monthly goal? Call Julie at Haasz Automall. As a side note, when my mom heard where I was buying my car, she said really? And goes on with your dad hung out with one of the Haasz. He always said you know that Haasz family? Overall a good experience to address the immediate concern. Unfortunately the engine light came on before I made it home less than 70 miles from Lincoln. I’ll have to make a return trip to get that checked out.

Wonderful experience! No high pressure sales at all do very happy with that! Dave Ring was a wonderful salesman! He was very helpful and was able to get me what I wanted. I did not actually drive the vehicle i was right there but they sent carfax before i got there and saw it used to be a rental in Florida and not what i wanted. I loved that they did that before so i didn't waste my time even though i really wanted to drive it. I let them know i wasn't interested because of that and they were super understanding about it and said they would keep me informed if something else came in.
