I bought my car here after months of searching. The staff is very friendly professional, knowledgeable and they are not pushy. I must say it is not the best looking facility but don't let that deter you because they are just as good if not better than those big, fancy car dealer places. The buying process was smooth and effortless and car was ready when they ssid it would be. One problem I had was the detailing was not up to par. Or maybe just me because I am very picky. To make it right the general manager went as far as scheduling me for a car detailing closer to my home fully paid for by them just to make me satisfy. Can you say EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rich d???andrea was great. Truly professional and a nice guy which makes for a really great sales person. He made the transition very smooth. When I came back to get the wheel cover the parts guy was very nice too. Sometimes it???s the little things that impress me. After they put the wheel cover on Rich backed the car up for me so I could get out of the parking lot easier. John Sullo was very helpful and professional getting the finance done. The parts guy was great but I don???t know his name. Same goes for the receptionist. I???ve known Rob my whole life and he???s truly done an amazing job with his dealership, I know his dad would be so proud of him. I wouldn???t go anywhere else and we will definitely go back to Rich in a couple years when my son will want his own Jeep 🚘 😀👍🏻

I was in the market for a new Grand Cherokee. I came to Branhaven over a more local dealer based on the reviews I had read. I am happy to report they not only lived up to the expectations set by those reviews, but exceeded them. I was initially contacted by Jennifer, who was very accommodating in setting me up with an appointment that worked for me. When I arrived I was set up with Michael Polvere. I gave Michael a run-down of what I was looking for and he did a tremendous job of helping me find what I was looking for. At no point did he deviate and try to sell me anything else; he was as far from pushy as it gets After finding something in the lot for me we went out on a test drive. Michael did a great job going over all the ins and outs of the vehicle. Once we returned to the dealership he asked if he could draw up a quote for me and I agreed. He worked quickly and not only quoted me a great price, but also was able to help me take advantage of several incentives I didn't know about by asking the right questions. I returned a week later and Michael had everything set up for me and all that was left to do was finalize all of the financial business. This is where I worked with Nathan. Nathan was very organized, polite, and efficient. He had everything prepared and never left me any doubt in my mind with any of the documents I signed. I would highly recommend Branhaven to anyone looking for a Jeep or Dodge. It was absolutely effortless. 10/10.

I was 700 miles away from my home when the service engine light went on. Luckily I was near a dealer. Bottom line - there was water in a cylinder, which was a factory defect. I was without my vehicle for 6 weeks because a new engine needed to be ordered. I bought the car brand new and only had it for 3 months, by the way. The warranty covered everything. When I got it back, the stop start feature wasn't working. I have been waiting for SEVEN months for the battery for that to be available!!!

We begin by saying that we cannot say enough about our sales consultant Bryce Finlayson. She was extremely professional yet very personal. Bryce made my husband and I feel very comfortable from the beginning of our car shopping experience. She explained that she was new at her position, but assured us that she would do what was necessary to answer any questions and to locate the car we were looking for. We had explained to her that our daughter turned 17 and we were looking for a specific used car for her. (Our daughter had given us a hint as to what she was looking for). Lets just say that within 30 minutes she located the vehicle we were looking for and we were off on a test drive. Within 2 hours we had purchased our daughter's vehicle. Later we had told our daughter that we wanted her to come and look at a vehicle for her. She did not know that we had already purchased the car. Upon our arrival at the dealership, BRYCE had arranged a SPECIAL CELEBRATION!!!!! The car was front in center of the dealer ship loaded up with BOWS AND BALLOONS!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd like to take a minute to thank Mr. Matt Cestaro. I recently had purchased and Accord before the summer and in Aug my car got totalled when someone in a stolen vehicle decided to smash into myself and 5 other vehicles. I had been out of a car for quite some time. I went into the Jeep Dealership just to talk about options. When I was talking to Matt it didnt seem like I was talking to a dealer but more of just talking to a friend. It was easy to tell him what I wanted and what the realistic option was. When we walked around the lot he didnt try selling me. He let me lead the way which felt nice that there were no restrictions. I found the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and asked him if it's possible this one would he the one. He made it work. One trip to Matt and I was rolling out in a new car. I cant thank him enough for all his help. Asking for car rides to and from work isnt easy for me. But my experience with Branhaven and Matt was. Thank you again for everything.

To update my previous review I had my first oil change and service since buying my 2015 Sedona. Its hard to believe it has been almost 3 months. My experience at Huntington Kia was once again exceptional. Joanys Santiago in service is wonderful to work with!! I was so impressed she remembered me when I made my appointment. She was able to get me in quickly with an appointment that was convenient for me. When we arrived she came right out and I told her about two very minor issues I wanted looked at while there and both were resolved when we left. While waiting they have coffee in the waiting area with a nice tv and comfortable chairs. Mike the service manager stopped to say good morning to my dad and I. I really can't say enough about Huntington Kia. What impresses me most is how much they continue to offer exceptional customer service even after you purchase a vehicle from them! The 30 minute drive each way is time well spent for me knowing that I am going to receive such great customer service and honesty about what my van needs!! I own a 07 GMC sierra 2500hd. Had a problem with climate controls. Have taken it to a GMC dealer in Watertown, Ct, wont say the name. They had my truck for two weeks, did not fix it and wanted to charge $575 . Loehmann-Blasius Chevrolet had my truck for thee days, diagnosed and fixed the problem for much less. My Daughter drives it daily. Great vehicle, but we live in Vermont long winters. I am not happy that Jeep put an all season tire in the North East. Which in turn cost us another $800.00 dollars for Snow tires. My Bought a 2018 Renegade, loves it to. Slid on all seasons in 4 wheel drive = FENDER BENDER. Come on Jeep on off road tires in the future. We shouldn't have keep buying tires for the seasonal changes. Thanks P.S. I drive a Dodge Ram 1500 hundred, and I love it. switched from a chevy for ten years. Great job on the Pick-up.

I downsized from a full size Ram pickup truck due to health issues. This is a perfect fit for me, as I am but 5 ft tall. I love the 4 wheel drive option, since I'm a born and raised southerner and need it for those snowy Ohio days.
It's a true joy to feel comfortable, yet safe, and this vehicle delivers.
