So, we have a disabled daughter and needed a minivan for wheel chair lift and traveling purposes. We were planning on buying later in the year, but we thought we would look around and see what was out there.
Our first mistake: We went to Kolosso, and had a very bad experience. They tried to pressure us with false deadlines, wouldn't budge on the price and lied to us multiple times. I had enough.
I called Bergstrom in Oshkosh and talked to the manager, Mike M. And it was about the best thing I ever could have done. I felt no pressure, and he actually took the time to explain what everything was and ment.
He gave me a deal I could not pass up and we ended up getting a BETTER Chrysler Pacifica then the other dealership for LESS money. He even found extra rebates that Kolosso did not offer.
I am very satisfied and I will be shopping with Bergstrom in the future. I recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you.

Had my 2008 Dodge Dakota in for new tires. Steve in the service department informed me that I needed to have my truck inspected to continue the lifetime engine and drive train warranty. As it turned out several items that needed repair were found and I was able to have them repaired under warranty. I've dealt with Steve for over 10 years. He has always treated me fair and has saved me from paying for repairs that were covered by warranty. He is a credit to the dealership and is a perfect example of why it is best to have your vehicle serviced at an authorized dealer. I've saved money in the long run by doing so.

I was in earlier today and purchased a 2016 Cadillac CTS from Kellyn. Between Kellyn's polite attitude and eagerness to get us exactly what we want, our experience at Joe Van Horn was a pleasure. We will gladly be back to purchase from her in the future!
We had been looking for used truck for some time and went to Van Horn as we had found one online that seemed to fit the bill. However, it was not the truck for us, but we talked through our needs and our salesmen Austin brought up some inventory that we looked through and ended up finding a much better truck than we had originally been looking for. Our dogs go everywhere with us and we are an active family. We knew we were going to need a bigger vehicle. We did our research on what we wanted and because of other friends giving positive reviews we went to Mighty. We found a vehicle that was everything we needed and they worked with us to make sure we get a price we could afford and found us a really good and affordable extended warranty. I am pleased because it wasn’t a pushy experience and they truly cared about what we had to say. After having the van a few weeks there were a few things that needed to be taken care of macanically that came up (no fault of the dealership) and they took care of it in a timely manner. They went above and beyond with customer service and overall experience. I would certainly go back and purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes and would recommend them to anyone that asked. Shout out to Cody for being awesome!
Jason Inda was extremely helpful in buying a used car, took the time to showed me how to use all the features. Also followed up to see if everything was ok. So I would highly recommend seeing him for buying a car.

I found my dream car at Reed Chrysler while doing an online search on a frigid Sunday afternoon in January. I drove 45 minutes to Beaver Dam just to drool at it in the warm glow of the showroom lights. I returned the next day after reading other glowing reviews of the fair and upstanding treatment at Reed, and I have to say I am really impressed by Reed Chrysler. I dealt with Scott Reed, used-car manager; he patiently let me paw all over the car as he answered questions for me. I was there for two hours just looking it over...he let me take my time. As a car-nut and collector, Scott was able to print off the original build sheet for the car that I had requested- a nice touch! He was very low-key with no pressure and made the purchase very, very pleasant. The price was more than fair for the vehicle; in fact it was the nicest pre-owned example I had ever seen...with the lowest mileage! Scott can cherry-pick the finest used vehicles and he has a great eye for true quality! The paperwork was handled quickly and without fuss...my hat's off to a great dealer team. The car needed a small bit of light paint and bodywork before delivery, and this was also completed well ahead of my expectations and with gorgeous results! I even got a ride from home 45 minutes away to pick up my new dream machine, clean as a whistle. Scott even helped me attach a few new accessories and paired my phone with the car's Blue&Me system! This is what a true-blue hometown family dealership can- and will- do to keep generations of other families coming back for their vehicles through the years. Well done! We saw the truck we wanted at a great price so we drove 60 miles to look at it. They didn’t pull anything and change it once we got there or add a bunch of “fees”. Then they provided a good price for the vehicle I was trading in. Very good experience!
