Made Us Feel Appreciated and At Home

We came to get service on our 2013 Beetle and were greeted by the service team and our service advisor Ernie. They took care of us very well and quickly completed work that another dealer was going to charge us a lot more for. During our wait we struck up a conversation with Nick Gerard. He made us feel very much at home during our wait. He asked if we were interned in test driving a car. Though we hadn???t really considered buying one today, he walked us through the process in such a great way that we decided to purchase a 2018 Tiguan SE. Everyone treated us great, but Nick made it a fun experienc to buy a car. My thanks to him and everyone at Volkswagen of Gainesville!
