Now in my 6th year with my 2017 and still like it. My complaints are simple. Needs larger fuel tank, better gas mileage considering its size and engine, would prefer manual transmission, and get rid of the xxxx engine shut off function. Love the size, comfortable, still seems solid. My only repair was replacement of the satnav unit that crapped out.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. This is my first SUV. I like that it’s not really huge but big enough for what I need. I also really enjoy the comfortable seating.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

Bought the New 2017 Limited Compass right out of the gate in 2017. Exterior styling is amazing (many compliments), love the grille, black roof is sharp. Interior is great with the exception of no place to put sunglasses/phone. Electronics have been a bit glitchy - remote start rarely works, screen freezes often. Wish the shifting was more aggressive. Put your foot on the gas and it seems bogged down in a gear that's too high, very unresponsive acceleration. I always override the auto-feature that turns the car off at idle - a few incidents that I felt were unsafe. It drives really well in snow but I once bent the underbody shield on city streets after a snowfall. It's a pretty, but delicate Jeep. I love this vehicle but I hope some improvements came with the next model years before I buy another :)

Vehicle was in for a warranty repair. Chris kept me informed every step of the way. He responded to my questions/concerns in a timely manner. Service time as good but had to wait a week for the part to arrive. Vehicle is working as it should. I did have to call back the next day for a software update (front collision warning light was illuminated. They took care of in 20 minutes. I appreciate the costumer service from all the staff members. Great Job!

We bought our 1st car back 2001. Three cars later we bought our fourth car today. We are 4 for 4 here buying new and used cars. If you want a reliable car without falling for gimmicks then you should give them a try. Experience their free warranties, and friendly service. We have no complaints here, only moments of satisfaction. And if you want to go all in and experience all greatness, you should ask for the legendary John Thorton. The man has no negative energies surrounding him. He only has greatness, kindness, and is a great listener. Hopefully his positive energy will rub off you.

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

High volume operation. Willing to negotiate. Helpful staff. On the downside, the car (a ‘22 Mustang GT) smelled like a 1 star motel that rents per hour It really needed to be detailed prior to showing yet was on the lot @60 days. I’d buy from them if the car was acceptable.

I have had my 2022 Jeep Compass for 8 months now and no complaints. I can accelerate onto the fwy with no problems. I get the mileage they say. I do wish the storage was a tad bit larger and maybe more leg room in the back, but honestly I only travel with two dogs and rear air is good for them. Love the larger display screen and never a glare so I can’t see it as in some other cars I tried. My backup camera works fine at night. I have the 4X4, so I need to get more info on that. I know the 2023 has a turbo, but I don’t care about that.

What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I had. They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . I enjoyed my experience so much that four days later I went back and purchased a car for my husband!! The experience for my husband’s car was beyond top notch! After being taken advantage at another dealership my husband was extremely hesitant to purchase a car. Called in and spoke with John Williams. I let him know what I was interested in, and a time to come in and look at the truck I saw on their website. When I arrived, the truck was ready and detailed with keys ready for a test drive. I’ve bought quite a few cars from dealerships and I have never had such a fantastic experience! Laid back and easy going. Whole process took only a few hours instead of an entire day! I actually went for a drive instead of home exhausted from all the back and forth I’ve had with other dealerships. I have never bought a vehicle twice from the same dealership. Hopefully things don’t change at this one except for the better, and I really can’t think of what they could improve on.

Bought brand new 9 miles on it now 5400 went from Iowa through Colorado to Arizona no problems other that forward Collison sensors getting dirty and the auto stop start not always working.I used rock mode on my trailhawk in canyon land it was a blast

I never thought I'd own a Jeep in my lifetime, then five years ago I bought a used 2014 Jeep Patriot and was amazed by its fuel economy and reliability for a mid-size SUV. Then three months ago my sister needed a car, and I passed the Patriot along to her, so I began doing research to buy another used car for myself and found the 2014 Jeep Compass. Now I'm the proud owner of not one but two Jeeps! I fell in love with it because of its looks as it is "less boxy" than the Patriot and the interior is basically a replica of a car I'm already used to driving. Find it a little bit roomier than the Patriot, love the top of the gate spoiler and the headlights design as well as the focused (foglights?). I can carry a ton of stuff in the back specially since I added the retractable cargo cover for privacy and safety. I definitely recommend this crossover SUV, it delivers a ton for its value. Definitely money well invested.

My jeep compass is very good. I, been really happy with mine. The performance, suspension handling plus the fuel mileage is all pro's. Comfortable seating heated, cargo area is spacious. Touch screen stereo with navigation apple car play etc. Really good resale value reputation. Good reliability, the ratings.

2022 Jeep Compass Limited ♥️ when I bought my Jeep I loved it at first sight❗️just being very specific. Love the cooling/heating for seats upfront and also in the back. and the heating steering wheel. Love the outlets super great option for outdoors. Love having 4x4 I also love the options for different off road travels sand,mud,snow glad we don't get snow in Florida ♥️ my Compass is not sluggish at all. Trust me when I want it to get up and go it does. But I didn't buy my Jeep to tear it up either. Lots of room and storage. Plugs everywhere for everyone's phones. And mine I just put on the charger no need to plug it in. LOVE the back up camera. If you are having problems with that go to your dealership they will fix that for you right away. Full extended sunroof from front to back. I love finding all the little Easter eggs hidden on my Jeep. Love the remote options on my phone that can lock, unlock, start, horn, basically I can do everything on my phone. Love the SOS button incase of emergency. You can drive for 6hr and 37min before getting gas. Also other feature I love it will stop byself if iam coming up on something and iam not stopping. So many more features that I love ❤️ Money well spent. Eventually I will be getting a lift kit on it. And trailer hitch. I would most definitely recommend. Best vehicle I have ever owned. Honestly I have nothing bad to say. I LOVE MY 2022 JEEP COMPASS LIMITED. ❗️🤘
