Great Service and Jeep!!!

I am sad to see so many negative reviews. My experience was nothing but exceptional! I started my process via online and someone called me within hours to talk with me about my choices. From there I set an appointment and was in right away. They were kind, understanding, and just as excited as me for my new purchase! Gina was my sales person and she was intentional about understanding my needs, my wants, and my budget. She worked through Plan A and Plan B and we looked at all options. Once I made a choice on the Jeep Patriot, the finance crew came onto my purchase. The Sales Manager came in and met me, the Manager of the location came in and offered me some food as it was lunch time, and my finance person came in a few times to tell me she was happy with the deal, but knew I could get better and wanted a few more minutes to get something a little better for me. She was not wrong, she was able to get my payment lower, add in extended warranty, and was so excited for me as well. When I got outside to "Delivery Lane" Gina was outside with me taking selfies, took a picture of me with my new car and helped me program all the wireless functions. She made sure I knew every feature and button in my car before I left the lot! All of this to say that each person in my experience was TOP NOTCH, and each person was professional, caring, and wanted to see my goal of a new car happen in a way that worked for me. I would suggest giving them a try and ask for Gina! She was awesome!!! Good luck for those out there shopping for a new Jeep! I know I am in love my new Jeep!
