So far I can’t complain about my car definitely an upgrade from my Acura, enough leg room to be comfortable and the kids fit perfectly without being on each other’s throat on who’s squishing who. I purchased the Compass Latitude and would not look back at another small car.

Everyone is very friendly and highly professional. If I still worked I would want to work at the dealership. I would rate them higher than a 10 if I could.

I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

Mike Hannan was great to deal with and fun and easy to talk with. Very knowledgeable and did his best. From the first time he saw me wandering around the lot to 2 months later he kept me involved with the pricing

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

We were pleased with our sales person. He knew a lot about the jeep we were looking at, and was very pleasant to work with. I will consider coming back to this dealership next time I buy.

I have had my 2022 Jeep Compass for 8 months now and no complaints. I can accelerate onto the fwy with no problems. I get the mileage they say. I do wish the storage was a tad bit larger and maybe more leg room in the back, but honestly I only travel with two dogs and rear air is good for them. Love the larger display screen and never a glare so I can’t see it as in some other cars I tried. My backup camera works fine at night. I have the 4X4, so I need to get more info on that. I know the 2023 has a turbo, but I don’t care about that.

Rich was very knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of my new Sonata. He wanted to make sure that I found the right vehicle for me. He took the time to ask me what I liked about my previous vehicle and what I would like in my new one. It was hard to trade in my old Sonata because it was such a great vehicle but Rich made it a very easy transition. 2022 Jeep Compass Limited ♥️ when I bought my Jeep I loved it at first sight❗️just being very specific. Love the cooling/heating for seats upfront and also in the back. and the heating steering wheel. Love the outlets super great option for outdoors. Love having 4x4 I also love the options for different off road travels sand,mud,snow glad we don't get snow in Florida ♥️ my Compass is not sluggish at all. Trust me when I want it to get up and go it does. But I didn't buy my Jeep to tear it up either. Lots of room and storage. Plugs everywhere for everyone's phones. And mine I just put on the charger no need to plug it in. LOVE the back up camera. If you are having problems with that go to your dealership they will fix that for you right away. Full extended sunroof from front to back. I love finding all the little Easter eggs hidden on my Jeep. Love the remote options on my phone that can lock, unlock, start, horn, basically I can do everything on my phone. Love the SOS button incase of emergency. You can drive for 6hr and 37min before getting gas. Also other feature I love it will stop byself if iam coming up on something and iam not stopping. So many more features that I love ❤️ Money well spent. Eventually I will be getting a lift kit on it. And trailer hitch. I would most definitely recommend. Best vehicle I have ever owned. Honestly I have nothing bad to say. I LOVE MY 2022 JEEP COMPASS LIMITED. ❗️🤘

Everyone I encountered was helpful and personable. I'm not a fan of dealing with car salesman, but it wasn't like that at Cornerstone. P.J. La Croix was very helpful, I never felt like I was being pushed into anything, he just answered all my questions. Allison Burnham, the Finance Manager, was also nice and helpful. After I purchased a certified used vehicle, I had a minor issue within the week. I notified them and they took care of it, no questions asked. Cornerstone is probably the all around, best car dealership I've purchased from.

This is our second compass limited .we had a 2018 limited and everything about it was great . We just bought a 2022 Compass Limited and it is even better than the 2018 . The accereration has improved . The interior and exterior is gorgeous . This one has heated and cooled seats ,every electronic option it can park itself and drive itself although u r supposed to have your hands on the wheel . Great 10.5 in touchscreen with nav and a moonroof too on top of 19 in tires . It does hve a pending software upgrade on the radio and it has a servce bulletin on the cruise control module . Everything else great . No recalls . We bought it used for $30.5 k with 5000 mi on it . LOTTA CAR FOR THE MONEY . WE LUV IT

Worked with Brian S and he had the best product knowledge of the RAM truck that I have ever found in a car sales guy. I looked at Fords and Chevys before checking out the RAM and none of the other dealers came close to having the product knowledge that I found with Brian and others at Apple Chrysler dealership. They were easy to deal with, first shot on price and trade in value was right in the ballpark, so I ordered the new RAM and love the truck. Have bought new Chev trucks all my life (since 1978) but the new RAM was so incredible that the decision to buy the RAM was easy. Plus the dealership experience made it all come together.

We wound up buying a '17 Dodge Grand Caravan. Our sales associate, Jake, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He even had the patience to deal with our questions, test drive and our kids who came along to 'inspect' the vehicle. Pete responded quickly to my cars.com inquiry, and the sales manager, Luke, reached out to confirm our visit. The reason for the low rating on the buying experience was because we had to wait an hour for the finance person to complete the purchase due to the late night visit and a customer ahead of us. Fortunately, the facilities were awesome. We had our fill of popcorn, fountain pop and the Twins game! This was our second vehicle purchased from this dealer and would come here again!

My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

My jeep compass is very good. I, been really happy with mine. The performance, suspension handling plus the fuel mileage is all pro's. Comfortable seating heated, cargo area is spacious. Touch screen stereo with navigation apple car play etc. Really good resale value reputation. Good reliability, the ratings.

The work was done in a timely fashion. Everything was done and looks great. The staff was friendly and nice. The snacks they offered were good.

I did a walk in but was able to be attended to in about 1.5hrs. Greta customer service and all my questions were answered

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

I own a 2018 Compass with 1.4 l gas engine, 125 kw, 170 HP. This is not mentionned in the article. And this engine is quite more powerful than the American atmospheric one. Still, the Jeep is not quick :) The gas pedal still 'creates more sound than speed' :) Giedrius, Europe

The last thing I wanted to do this year was buy a vehicle but HUGE thanks to Amber Genardi and Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making the experience THE BEST EVER! I have bought vehicles both new & used from various dealerships closer to my area and have never received as wonderful of service as I did from Amber. From the start she had my best interest in mind. She helped find a wonderful used option with every feature I wanted in my next vehicle. The service she provides made me feel no different than if I had walked in there to buy a brand new $60k vehicle! Not only did she sacrifice her time off to work with me around my schedule, she went above and beyond to make sure this vehicle would still be on the lot for me, since I was traveling nearly two hours to purchase a vehicle. To make the whole process even sweeter, Amber gave me an awesome gift basket! She did a wonderful job explaining the features of my new to me vehicle. In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

Pretty friendly and all in all honest. Car was ready for me to test drive. They trusted me to go on my own lol. When it came down to the sell, they allowed me to make my own decision. The buying process was quick and easy as well.

bought the compass limited new in 2008. love the fact it has a lifetime warranty on the engine & transmission (the only year jeep had it). did have front end problems when new, gave the dealer 2 chances to find & fix the loud cracking noise it made. they kept insisting there was no problem, but replaced right front axle. that didn't solve the problem so i did my own research & found that certain chrysler, dodge & jeeps had undersized control arm bolts. dealer fixed problem after i showed them the technical service bulletin advising dealers to replace the bolts. did have a problem in 2020 with the computer not recognizing the key, so car would not start. very vexing, as it took the dealer 3 attempts to fix the problem, which turned out to be a connector. had to have the alternator replaced in 2021. asked mechanic what genius thought it was a good idea to place the alternator under the engine, making it necessary to evacuate a/c & remove a/c lines to replace alternator. had new serpentine belt installed at the same time. 2023 had to have the oil pan gasket replaced. aha! lifetime warranty came into play---no charge. gas mileage is great, approx 20 mpg city/28 highway. car is peppy, seating very comfortable in front with driver side lumbar support & heated seats, if you are short, back seat is good, somewhat tight for taller person. cargo area is adequate. one drawback is the fact that it's a bit noisy if you only have 1 window open, you have to counter it by opening the opposite window. window guards helped with that. great sound system. good looking exterior. the "silver bullet" as i call it still looks good after 16 yrs.

Made appointment online for my diesel truck for emissions warning light. I pulled in for my appointment and was told they don?t have anyone available to work on a diesel for at least a week. ( I live a 100 miles away and I made an appointment) i did end up going home (100 miles) and coming back the next day and drop the truck off. (I was not happy about driving it another 200 miles not knowing if it would cause more damage.) I started working with the service tech Eric and Corey came out of his office and was fantastic. He had Eric check the codes and advise me of what could happen driving it home and back. It was inconvenient but they got my diesel fixed. I picked up my diesel and dropped my 1500 off for repairs and then had recalls done on my Tahoe.

Based on driving habits. I never had a major issue. Drives great, rides nice, sound of speakers could be better but overall best SUV I ever got. Others may complain. But riding it hard all the time will tear up anything u drive. But overall keeping as long it goes 4 yrs so far and can't complain

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance.
