I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.

Tom Jones our sales man did all he could to get me into the right vehicle at the right price he was attentive and listen to my needs and the price i was willing to pay. A great buying experience, he even went out of his way to call a few days latter and make sure i was still happy with my purchase.

I would not hesitate in recommend the sales department at NW Jeep. I live out of state and wanted to buy my son a Jeep as a reward for doing a great job in college. You know how difficult it is to purchase a vehicle in person, imagine purchasing over the phone. I had contacted many other Jeep dealerships and sent my son by himself to try and find the Jeep Rubicon Recon that fits our budget and one that he and his mom liked. The other dealership's salesman did not treat him with respect and did not take him seriously. We did find a Jeep that we liked elsewhere and worked out an agreeable purchase amount but the dealership and salesman just didn't feel right. They really had a bad attitude as if they were doing us a favor and we were wasting their time. Because of this, I told my son to leave and that is when we found NW Jeep. I am so glad we did. We should have gone there first. My son ran into salesman Bill Barber who took his time to find the right Jeep for him and to fit our budget. Bill treated our 19 year old as if he was a 40 year old. That was a very smart move. Our 19 year old has more vehicle purchasing to do in his lifetime than the 4o year old. Where do you think he will go to buy his next Jeep? NW Jeep has earned his lifetime of business! Bill spent the time necessary to help him understand all the features of the vehicle. NW Jeep even gave us a better deal than the other dealership and with kindness and a smile. John was an absolute pleasure to work with. Although after the initial meeting, there was very little interaction necessary. I got a phone call when they found a buyer and another phone call when our check was ready to pick up. I can’t imagine trying to sell a car on my own again. John and Donny dealt with showing the car to potential buyers and all the paperwork involved in transferring ownership. Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I had called ahead and gave a time that I would be there. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. They made the whole process effortless on our part.
Our sales associate was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying through a dealership and he made it very easy. The car was in very good condition and the miles were excellent. They wouldn???t lower the price any, or remove the anti-theft code fee, but I feel like we still got a great deal, and they were pleasant to work with. We were able to drive the car off the lot that night and it???s been a great car so far!
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it.
The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep.
I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total..

Lori Benton was extremely helpful. I am a 20-something individual and this car was my first car and first brand new car. My family has bought from Armstrong twice in the past and they have always given us excellent deals. This experience was no exception. I was able to get the color of Jetta I wanted without hassle! Not only did Lori an affordable deal, she also rolled out the red carpet for me. My dad and Lori conspired together, without my knowledge, and surprised me with a banner and cake to celebrate! It meant a lot since I had been saving for a while and the little notes on the banner filled me with pride! Pure strangers at the dealership put in effort to make this special! Truly wonderful. Lori took time to show me every detail of the car. Very helpful, since I had no idea how to use the electronic gadgets it came with! Highly recommend this to anyone.
