Needed some routine maintenance performed and some work done which was covered by an extended service contract that we purchased when we bought the car from Mike Duman's. All went well, David the service writer kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and when the parts were held up due to the parts truck not being able to make it due to the bad weather (snow) he also alerted me of this and offered an option for me to use a vehicle for a day, which helped out greatly and called the next day stating the car was ready to be picked up.
So to sum it up I received excellent customer service from David, and the repair team. thanks. Communication was the key for me. When I picked up the car, I went inside and talked with Mark and made him aware of how I was treated by David, and how his actions made me have a great experience with the Mike Duman Service Team in Franklin.
