GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE
Bought a Jeep Wrangler with Cynthia as my salesperson. Great experience through the test drive and explanations of options. Got me the Jeep to fit my needs. They came with the offer for the vehicle and it beat all previous prices that I was given (went to three separate jeep dealers). Their first offer was better than all the others even with the "let me speak to my manager" offer. My walk out the door price right where I wanted. Everything was perfect expect in the end where they take you into the separate room to speak with the I don't even know, to close the finance. They try to sell you on all these options. An extended maintenance warranty and all that. I wouldn't have bothered me if they didn't try try the scare tactics. You mean my car is going to break down in three years? This brand new vehicle? I almost walked out of the deal. Then afterwards one everything was done. All the walkthrough that was supposed to happen was delegated to what I guess was the intern that didn't know much about the vehicle. I felt as though once they had the check it was take your vehicle and leave.
